Previously on Come Back To You, Mon-El escaped the DEO.

As President Olivia Marsdin arrived in National City to sign an act giving all aliens amnesty, she was attacked by an unknown alien with the power to shoot fiery energy, believed to be Mon-El.

Alex encountered police detective Maggie Sawyer at the crime scene, who took her to a secret bar hosting aliens.

Winn discovered that Mon-El was from Daxam, Krypton's sister planet. Kara defeated Mon-El and returned him to the DEO. Iris was uncharacteristically hostile towards him, prejudging his intentions because Kara explained of a long feud between the Kryptonians and Daxamites.

The President was attacked again while signing the Alien Amnesty Act; the assailant was revealed to be a woman, Scorch, who was defeated by Kara, Barry, Alex, and Maggie.

Kara and Iris released Mon-El the Daxamite, who introduced himself, and Iris learns that her destined love was no longer erased. He was Mon-El. But before Iris gave her bad rage at Barry, she and Kara told Mon-El that Daxam's population was annihilated and that Daxam was a wasteland due to Krypton's destruction.

Meanwhile, Iris interviewed Lena, who revealed that L-Corp has invented an alien detection device.

A long time ago...

Daxam

When Krypton exploded, Mon-El was trying to escort the Prince of Daxam to safety. "My prince, you can't stay here," Mon-El told him before they left the palace in a hurry.

When they did, they both saw many of the Prince's people were laying on the ground either dying or already dead, and the Prince was taken back at how horrible a Prince he had been. "Come on!" Mon-El yelled before they ran up to a abandoned Kryptonian ship. "This is a Kryptonian ship."

"The emissaries?" The Prince asked.

"Dead. And so is their planet. This is all Krypton's doing," Mon said before he looked at The Prince. "We need to get you out of here."

"I can't fly one of these. Can you program the destination?" The Prince asked and Mon nodded before he leaned into the ship. But then The Prince pressed a button on the outside of the ship, which caused the ship to seal close.

"Launch countdown started."

Mon looked to The Prince and slammed his fist into the window. "No! You can't-" Mon started.

"You need to save yourself. For once in your life, obey me. Those are my people out there. Let me share in their fate. Beyalat Daxam!" The Prince exclaimed, then the ship took off, and zoomed out of the planet.

Present Day
The DEO

In the workout room, Mon-El had just finished explaining what happened on Daxam's last day, while he lifted weights. "So anyway, that's how that happened," Mon said before he set the weights down and looked at Iris, Barry, Kara, J'onn, Alex and Winn.

"You were a palace guard?" Iris asked.

"For the great royal family of Daxam," Mon said.

"Ugh, they were the worst. And their son, the prince, he was rumored to be the worst of the worst. Frat boy of the universe," Kara said.
