Previously on Come Back To You, The DEO received an alarm regarding a convoy departing from Cadmus. Kara and J'onn investigated and rescued a chained Jeremiah, who claimed Cadmus had created a fusion bomb using energy from her heat vision. He persuaded J'onn to reinstated him back at the DEO, which made Mon-El suspicious, causing friction between him and Iris. He persuaded Winn to watch Jeremiah, who attempted to access the DEO's database, alerting Winn.

After confronting Jeremiah, Kara was hesitant to accept his excuse, while Alex believed him. Winn located the purported bomb, but the DEO found nothing at the location. J'onn realized he cannot read Jeremiah's mind and that he was working for Cadmus, having been cybernetically enhanced. Jeremiah overpowered J'onn and downloaded information from the mainframe before escaping. Barry, Kara and Alex confronted Jeremiah, Lillian, and Henshaw, and Kara rushed to save a train that Cadmus endangered while Alex and Barry went after the trio. Jeremiah escaped due to Alex's reluctance to shoot him and Barry comforting Alex.

Winn later determined that Jeremiah downloaded the list of all the registered aliens in the country.

Barry and Kara's Apartment

When Kara woke up the next morning, she heard music playing from downstairs and food sizzling.

She got out from bed and got downstairs to find Barry zooming about to kitchen, making breakfast. "Barry?" Kara asked and Barry looked back at her, a smile forming on his face. "Good morning," Barry said.

"Good morning," Kara said before she checked her watch. "You're in a good mood for 6:30 in the morning."

"Yes, I am. Was I too loud? I did make breakfast. We got pancakes and waffles, some French toast, bacon and sausage, perfectly cooked. And I picked up some of that coffee that you love so much," Barry explained and Kara smiled at him.

"Barry Allen, what has gotten into you?" Kara asked.

"Being with you makes me want to do things like this," Barry said.

"Come here," Kara said and he quickly walked up to her, to her pulling his shirt towards her, placing a kiss on him. "I love you."

"I love you," Barry said and Kara smiled deeply, placing her arms around his neck. He just stared deep into her sparkling blue eyes with a glimmer in his eyes.

"What if we just got married?" Barry asked and Kara looked up at him with a confused smile.

"Like actually?" She asked.

"Actually," Barry said and Kara smiled more before she kissed him deeply.

"Um," Barry said pulling himself from her. "so do you actually want any of this, or-"

"Um, yes. And some of the food too," Kara said as she pulled him upstairs.

Meanwhile, HR was decorating the entire Speed Lab with Valentines Day decorations when Harry walked in, brushing his teeth. "Whoa-ho-ho-ho, nice," HR said.

"What are you doing?" Harry asked and HR looked at him, smiling.

"I'm decorating! Look at this place! Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!" HR exclaimed.
