Wally ran out on the sidewalk to find Jesse, standing there by herself. "Here you are," Wally said and Jesse looked back at him. "Hey."

"Hey, so, where...Where did you go yesterday?" Jesse asked.

"Wha...I...I didn't want to interrupt your training," Wally said.

"Right. Yeah, well, looks like there won't be much of that anymore, now that my dad is getting everyone to talk me out of using my powers. Including my own sister. Wait, that...that's not why you're here, right?" Jesse asked.

"No, no. This is all me. You all right?" Wally asked.

"You know, when this whole thing happened to me, you were...you were actually the first person I wanted to call," Jesse said and Wally looked at her surprised. "Yeah, I was sort of hoping it happened to you too."

"I dreamt about it, believe me. How did this all happen?" Wally asked.

"I mean, it was crazy. So, like, one day, I was walking home from a friend's house, and this car ran a red light, and it was speeding right at me, and I just stood there, frozen, basically waiting to be hit. And then I looked around, and everything around me was frozen too. It was peaceful and quiet, but I felt this, like, electricity running in me. And so I ran out of the way. I kept running and running, and I...I mean, now I don't ever want to stop," Jesse explained.

"So you basically just jump-started your powers," Wally said.

"I mean, I guess so, yeah. Why?" Jesse asked.

"It's good to know," Wally said before he ran into the street, right as a car was coming at him.

"Wally!" Jesse yelled before she zoomed him out of the way to the other side of the street, right as he was about to get hit. "What are you doing?!"

"Getting my speed. Why would you do that?" Wally asked.

"To save your life!" Jesse snapped.

"It could've worked, Jesse!" Wally snapped back.

"No, okay? Look...I don't think so. I'm sorry," Jesse said and Wally sighed.

Hallway

"Seriously, what the hell were you thinking?!" Wally was walking down the hall, down to the elevators, while Barry and Kara followed him, yelling at him, with Joe following them. "You can't just go stepping into the street like that! I mean, you got to use your head!" Barry exclaimed.

"Nothing happened, Barry. Chill out," Wally said, facing Barry and Kara.

"Chill out? What is that? Teenager talk?" Kara asked.

"Didn't you talk to Joe about this?" Barry asked.

"Yeah, so?" Wally asked.

"So it clearly didn't help. What would you have done if Jesse wasn't there, hm?!" Kara exclaimed.

"I don't know," Wally said.

"Because there's nothing you could've done. Because you don't have powers," Barry said.

"Only room in our family for one speedster, Barry?" Wally asked.

"Wally West," Kara said and he looked at her. "That is not the problem here. You were being reckless and you could've gotten killed, or someone else hurt."

"Please just stop trying before you get yourself killed," Barry said.

"You done?" Wally asked then Barry looked back at Joe.
