Hank Henshaw walked up to a still asleep J'onn and stood before him. "I'm not a fan of the alien invaders, but I have to say, they did nice work here," Hank said right as Winn walked past him. But his mistake was accidentally bumping into Hank, which caused the cyborg to grab Winn's arm and twist it.

"Hey! I thought we were on the same team now!" Winn yelled and Hank let him go. "What are you-"

The cyborg then walked away and Winn saw that Supergirl had watched the scene. She then walked away and towards Iris, Barry and Alex, who were all saying goodbye. "You better be careful," Barry said as he and Iris hugged.

"You know it," Iris said before they broke their hug.

"Iris," Alex said and Iris looked at her. "What you said before about Maggie, if um...if she was on that ship...you were right. I'd do anything that I could to save her." Iris smiled at the girl as she and Barry started to softly tear up. "So you better hurry. You better be safe, and you better watch out for each other."

"We will," Iris said and Alex nodded before the two hugged tightly.

"If you die, I will kill you," Alex said and Iris stiffed a laugh.

"Ok, Ron Weasley," Iris joked and Alex broke the hug.

"I'm serious," she said.

"I know," Iris said before she and Alex walked to the side, so that Barry and Kara could have a moment.

"Barry," Kara started, knowing that he was nervous something bad was going to happen. "I'll be okay."

"You always say that before something really dangerous happens," Barry said and Kara softly frowned. "And usually during those times, I'm not there to protect you."

"I don't need you to protect me, I'm Supergirl," Kara said.

"That's not- I'm not trying to pin you out like you are some damsel that always needs saving. It means that we're about to be husband and wife, and we always have and always will protect each other," Barry said and Kara softly smiled.

"Always," Kara said, "But you and Winn need to help Miss Grant. You are needed here where I can't protect anyone."

"Kara," Barry said as his voice slightly cracked, just thinking of all the bad ways this could end. "Please hurry."

"I will," Kara said.

"If you are on that ship when Alex fires, you will die," Barry said.

"I know," Kara said.

"Okay, so please," Barry continued, and seeing how he was visibly shaking at the thought of her not being on time, Kara reached up and wrapped him in a hug. "Just be faster than me. Okay? I know, I know you're fast, but just be faster."

Kara smiled as she rubbed his back, then kissed the side of his head. "Faster than a speeding bullet," she said before they broke their hug. Barry leaned down and kissed her, and she kissed back, the both of them in desperation, in passion, in want.

"I love you, Kara Danvers."

"I love you, too, Barry Allen."

Kara then started to walk away, the two of them hanging onto their fingers with every second until there was too much space between them that they slipped away. Alex and Barry watched as Kara and Iris walked out of the bar.

Supergirl walked into an open area of the fortress, while Lillian, Iris and Hank all followed her, all in winter coats, all now standing before a Kryptonian device. "Is this going to work?" Iris asked.
