Outside the lab, Cisco looked over Barry's stats with Julian as Joe, Mon-El, and Kara stared at them sternly. "There is no sign of any permanent structural damage," Cisco said before he looked back at the three.

"Then why can't he remember anything?" Kara asked but Cisco didn't even know.

"Uh- er- Julian?" Cisco asked and Julian turned from the computers to them.

"He appears to be suffering from some sort of...psychogenic retrograde amnesia," Julian said.

"Amnesia," Cisco said and Julian turned to him.

"What if we didn't account for Barry's increase neural velocity, due to his super-speed?" he asked.

"Wait," Mon said and they looked at him. "Do we think he knows he's The Flash? That he has super speed?"

Cisco grabbed a small container before he opened the door to the lab, where Barry, Wally, and Iris were talking. "Hey, Barry," Cisco said and Barry looked at him. "Catch."

Cisco threw the container but Barry almost tripped over himself trying to catch it, which he couldn't even do. Cisco nodded awkwardly as Barry apologized and Cisco closed the door. "Oh, my Lord," Julian said.

"He's, like, god-awful," Mon said.

"He's pathetic," Julian said.

"Can't we flip a switch undo it?" Mon asked.

"Okay, we are not flipping any more switches until we figure this thing out," Kara said as Joe's phone started to ring.

"It's Cecile," Joe said before he answered. "Hey, babe -- an emergency? -- all right, bye." He then hung up to see everyone's confused expressions. "Okay, Cecile needs Barry at CCPD, like, right now. She says it's urgent."

"He can't possibly go out in that condition," Mon said.

"Okay, um, Joe, Mon, and I will take Barry to Cecile. You and Cisco figure out a way to get Barry's memory back. And fast," Kara said before she walked off to go get Barry, leaving Cisco and Julian in a state of panic.

Tracy was working on her device to defeat Savitar when a gadget wasn't working for her. "Okay. Okay. You don't want to work? Well then, I don't need you!" Tracy snapped before she rolled out from underneath the device and threw the gadget. But it was stopped by HR, and by his presence, Tracy stood up quickly.

"Um, am I to infer then that, uh, you've hit a little speed bump in your quest to build a device to trap Savitar in the Speed Force?" HR asked.

"The- the Accelerated matter microgenerator projectile," Tracy said but HR looked rattled. "No, I know. It doesn't exactly roll off the tongue."

"No, it doesn't. How about we call this fancy device of yours," HR started as he walked towards the device.

"Call it the Speed Force Cannon," Tracy said.

"Speed Force Bazooka," HR said.

"Speed Fore Gun," Tracy said, but then they both shook their heads no.

"Speed Force Bazooka."
"Speed Force Bazooka."

"Is better, yeah."

"But if the Speed Force Bazooka doesn't start working soon, we're gonna have to start calling to the Speed Force Epic Fail," Tracy said as she walked towards the device and HR backed off.

"Why? Why's the problem?" HR asked.

"Okay," Tracy said before she grabbed an air device. "The accelerometer. It sucks a hell of a lot of air watts, which is measured-"
