invasion! part three

Previously on Come Back To You, It is revealed that Iris, Oliver, Dig, Thea, Sara Lance, and Ray Palmer are all being held unconscious inside pods aboard the Dominator mothership.

Meanwhile, Felicity, Curtis, and, Mon-El, Cisco Ramon try to hack into the Dominators' mainframe using a piece of their technology. The team recovered a necessary device with the help of the Flash and Supergirl and managed to locate the others.

Meanwhile on the Dominator mothership, the group all were able to escape their shared hallucination, and awakened inside the ship.

Escaping in a shuttle, they were rescued by the Waverider. Ray deduced that the Dominators were gathering information from their minds to help them complete a special "weapon", using the hallucination as a distraction. The team learned that the Dominator mothership were headed toward Earth.

Oliver, Iris, Thea, Dig, Sara and Ray walked towards their friends, who say them and ran up to them. One including Mon, who, the second he saw Iris, quickly ran up to her. "Iris," Mon whispered before they hugged, and Iris hugged back.

"I'm okay," Iris said before they broke their hug. Their moment was interrupted when Cisco started geeking out.

"I can't believe that you guys escaped an alien spaceship. Key words: alien spaceship. I have questions," Cisco said.

"They can wait," Oliver said before he looked at Nate. "Thanks for helping me get my sister home."

"Yeah, man," Nate said.

"Maybe we should get you home," Mon said to Iris and she looked at him.

"Thank you," she said and he smiled at her before he grabbed her, and leaped off.

"What's our status?" Oliver asked Barry.

"Nothing, since the Dominators paid their little visit to mess with our heads," Barry said.

"Why would they do that?" Nate asked.

"What if they were trying to pit us against each other, in order to gain intel about meta-humans?" Ray asked.

"Man, I wish they would just send us an IM with a questionnaire," Felicity said.

"Well, metas pose the biggest threat to their invasion. It would make sense they'd want to get to know their enemies," Kara explained.

"By kidnapping people. Perhaps they were searching your minds for potential meta-human vulnerabilities," Martin said.

"I think it's time we return the favor," Oliver said.

"What do you want to do? Kidnap one of them now?" Dig asked and Sara eyed him.

"Ever since we fought off that one ship, they've kind of been in short supply," Barry said.

"Actually, I know where to find one," Nate said before he walked up to the computers. "I've been reviewing old Army footage of their first encounters with the Dominators, and I think I pegged the fight to..." He then brought up old footage of a war between US army soldiers and the Dominators when they first arrived to Earth. "Redmond, Oregon. 1951."

"You're suggesting we travel to 1951, abduct a Dominator, and interrogate it to determine their intentions," Martin said as Cisco and Felicity internally geeked out.
