Previously on Come Back To You, Savitar explained that he was a time remnant of Barry, created by his future self while fighting Savitar.

After being shunned by Team SuperFlash, the time remnant became depressed and ran back in time to ultimately become Savitar. He explained that he needed to kill Iris so that Barry and Kara will be forced to create him in the future. Cisco proposed they stop Savitar from remembering any of their strategies by stopping Barry from creating new memories, but miscalculations caused Barry to lose his memory. Savitar also lost all of his memories, resulting in Wally's powers disappearing, since Savitar never gave them to him.

A pyromaniac named Lucious Coolidge got released because of Barry's inability to testify correctly. Killer Frost helped Cisco and Julian develop a way for Barry to regain his memories so that Savitar can, as well.

When Coolidge started a fire, Kara helped Barry regain his memories in time to stop the fire with assistance from Wally. Tracy and H. R. developed a romance. She then showed the team the completed speed force trap, which requires a high amount of energy.

Iris's Apartment

Mon-El and Iris were laying in bed, thinking amongst themselves, the both of them wide awake, in the middle of the night. "Iris," Mon suddenly said and Iris turned to him.

"You know what I'd love right now?" Iris asked.

"Anything you want," Mon said.

"Caviar," Iris said.

"Caviar?" Mon asked and Iris nodded her head. "Okay. Well, it's just a little late, so it might be hard for me to find a place that's open that has it." But he sighed deeply when Iris pouted. "But I'll find an assortment."

"Thank you," Iris said with a smile.

"Just stay with me, okay?" Mon asked and Iris gazed at him. "The whole team's working on this. And we can accomplish a lot in twenty-four hours."

"I know we can," Iris said but Mon just continued to stare down at her. "I'm okay, Mon-El. Really."

He nodded before he got up and grabbed some money. "Get some caviar," he muttered before he walked out of the room. And once Iris knew he left the apartment, she reached over and grabbed Mon's phone. She turned to the camera and pressed record.

"Hi, Mon-El. Um, there's something that I need to say to you," she started.
