Iron Heights Prison
In a back lab, after just finishing eating, Julian threw away the remains before he looked back at the entrance to see Cisco and a figure behind him. "It's been a while, gentlemen. Especially you, Flash," Julian said.
"More than you know," Cisco said before the figure walked into the light, but it turned into two figures: Barry and Mon-El.
"Allen? Mon-El?" Julian asked and Barry nodded with a slight smile.
"Yeah, it's us, Julian. From the past. 2018," Barry said and Julian bit the inside his mouth, nodding slowly.
"2018. The year it all began," Julian said before he sighed. "I'll assume you're here for some answers then, are you?"
"Something like that," Mon said before Julian looked at Cisco.
"Well, you brought them to the wrong place, mate," he said.
"I just wanted them to understand," Cisco said.
"Julian...can I see her?" Mon asked.
———
They all walked into a back room, where a meta-human cage was, and Mon and Barry stared at it sternly. "I tried to find her something more humane, but this is the best I could do," Julian said before Mon walked up to the cage, and in the shadows, saw a woman who looked like his once friend, but her platinum hair was longer than before.
"Caitlin?" He asked and the woman looked up from her seat, staring straight at the man whom she thought dead. "It's me."
"Mon-El of Daxam," Frost said slowly in a disoriented voice before she also looked at Barry. "Barry Allen."
"We're-" Barry started.
"From the past. I can tell. There's no hate in your eyes...yet," Frost said before she looked back at Mon. "So to what do we owe the pleasure of your visit? Come to see how things turn out for Team SuperFlash?"
"I wanted to see what happened to my friend," Mon said.
"I am not your friend, Daxamite," Frost said but Mon shook his head in denial and guilt.
"I'm so sorry I did this to you. I should have saved you," Mon said.
"I'm glad that you did this to me," Frost said.
"Caitlin wasn't. I failed her. But I won't when I go back. I'm gonna find you. And I'm gonna help you," Mon said but Frost shook her head with a smirk.
"You're no match for the God of Speed," she said but Barry and Mon both looked at her confused. "Oh. You didn't tell him, did you? Well, secrets always were our thing, weren't they?" She looked back from Cisco to a still confused Mon. "When I became Killer Frost, Savitar appeared to me and showed me the way. We made one hell of a team."
"Why...Why would you help him?" Mon asked.
"Because he gave me the thing that you couldn't: the cure to my illness, embracing who I really am," Frost said and Mon tensed up.
"You know who he is," he said and Frost smiled. "Who is he?"
"Tell us who he is," Barry said.
"I'll never tell. You are gonna be so surprised when you find out," Frost said before she headed towards her bench again. "You know, I think your protégé went toe-to-toe with Savitar. Maybe he can help you out."
Barry then looked back at Cisco. "I need to see Wally."
