Walking down the hall, Barry was geeking out about his powers while Kara and Joe walked with him. "These powers are so cool," Barry said and Kara smiled. "I can literally feel the electricity coursing through my body. I mean, is it always like this?" Then they walked into the cortex, where Cisco, Mon-El, Iris, Julian, and Wally were. "This is amazing." But Barry's smile dropped. "we just walked into a buzzkill."
"My presence usually dampens the mood," Frost said as she walked out from her old office.
Right then, Joe pulled his gun out and pointed it at her. "Joe, don't," Cisco said.
"You fire, I'll fire," Frost said.
"What the hell is she doing here?" Kara asked.
"She wants to help," Iris said.
                              "Help? With what?" Joe asked.
"With the fact that I lost my powers," Wally said and Kara looked back at Barry.
"Barry, why don't you give us a minute?" Kara asked.
"Sure, yeah," Barry said before he pointed at Frost with a smile. "Are you like a supervillain?" But Frost gave him a look. "Just asking."
He then walked out and Kara sighed heavily, looking back at her once friend. "Okay. How did this happen?" she asked.
"You got rid of Barry's memories. What Barry remembers, Savitar remembers," Frost said.
"So, Savitar's lost his memories too?" Iris asked.
"Savitar loses his memory, he doesn't go along with the plan to give Wally powers," Mon said.
"Cause and effect. But if you let me help you figure out how to get Barry's memories back, everything goes back to the way it was," Frost said.
"Kid Flash runs again," Cisco said.
                              "And Savitar survives," Iris said.
                              "And Iris dies," Mon said.
"Life's full of difficult choices," Frost said.
"Or it isn't," Kara said and Frost eyed her. "If Savitar gets his memory back, what's in it for you?"
"That's my business. You think that Barry can become The Flash?" Frost asked.
"Yeah. Been my partner for four years, he can learn," Kara said.
"I still know how to do everything. I can teach him," Wally said.
"Okay. Maybe this is how you defeat Savitar. But there's still a lot of villains in this city, and no Flashes to protect it," Frost said.
"It still has me," Kara said sternly.
"Is that really a chance you're willing to take?" Frost said.
"Yes. Yes, it is," Kara said sternly and Frost smirked.
"You know, we used to be friends," she said.
"No," Kara said, "Caitlin and I used to be friends. You and I? We'll never be friends." She then walked off as Frost scoffed to herself.

Tracy was working on the device when HR awkwardly walked in. "Hi," Tracy said as she suddenly popped up. "Ah!"
                              "I'm still here," Tracy said.
                              "Yeah, you are," HR said.
"Because when you left, I stayed," Tracy said.
