Previously on Come Back To You, When Wally related his recent dreams of being Kid Flash, Barry reveals what happened to him during "Flashpoint". A metahuman H.R. nicknamed "Shade" appeared and murdered a stockbroker.

Caitlin revealed her powers to Cisco and had him "vibe" her future. Cisco saw himself fighting Killer Frost, causing Caitlin to contemplated leaving for good. Alchemy summoned Wally to him, so the team locked Wally in the particle accelerator for his own safety.

Meanwhile, Barry and the others stoped Shade's next attack and captured him. Cisco forced Caitlin to reveal the truth to the team and Barry privately confessed to her that her powers are a result of "Flashpoint". Wally volunteered to lead the team to Alchemy to capture the villain and stop the memories, which are causing him pain. Barry, Kara, Joe, and a S.W.A.T. team locate Alchemy and his followers and surrounded them. The metallic being that killed Clariss appeared and attacked them, revealing himself to be a speedster that only Barry can see.

As Barry fought their attacker, Alchemy enticed Wally to pick up his fallen energy weapon, which encased Wally in a crystal cocoon. Calling himself "Savitar", the speedster overpowered Barry and prepared to stab him with a blade from his arm. Savitar opts to drag Barry across the city, while battering him to demonstrated his superiority. Kara, Cisco and Caitlin arrive to rescue Barry and Savitar flee.

Barry and Kara walked up to a table where Iris, Alex, James and Winn were sitting. But Barry was digging his face into a basket of chicken wings. "This place is...Exotic," Winn said.

"You know, for a place that caters to aliens, they have some pretty good chicken wings," Barry said once they reached the table.

"How do you know that's chicken?" Kara asked with a smile, and Barry instantly stopped eating the chicken, placing the basket on the table.

Then everyone turned their attention to the TV above them.

"The latest in a series of armored truck robberies was thwarted last night when National City's newest crime fighter took a stand."

"The new guy. Of course," Kara said and James, Winn and Iris looked at her.

"Guardian?" James asked before he awkwardly cleared his throat. "I thought you said he helped you."

"He did," Kara said.

"But?" James asked.

"But, I don't know, I just don't think the city should be putting its trust in him so quickly," Kara explained and James scoffed.

"Well, I mean the armored truck robber that he stopped wasn't a joke. Apparently, it was, like, three versus one," James said.

"I didn't say he wasn't impressive. I just said I didn't know if he's trustworthy," Kara said.

"Well, what do you have against the guy?" James asked.

"Ah, well, for starters, why wear a mask? Why cover your face when you're on the up and up? I don't wear a mask," Kara said.

"Oli- I mean- The Green Arrow does. And I do," Barry said and Kara looked at him.

"Well you and The Green Arrow know what you're doing," Kara said.
