Previously on Come Back To You, Caitlin, with her Killer Frost persona having taken over, violently interrogated one of Alchemy's followers at CCPD headquarters. When Julian caught her, she coerced him to find the other acolytes so they can lead her to Alchemy, who can presumably remove her powers.

Mon and Cisco tracked her down and imprisoned her, but the team was fractured after she revealed Barry's role in Dante's death by creating "Flashpoint."

Greatly concerned and disregarding the consequences, Joe broke Wally out of the cocoon. Wally emerged with unmanageable speed powers and he raced away in a confused state.

Mon offered his life to Caitlin for her freedom in a successful attempt to restore her sanity and gained her help in treating Wally.

Joe, Kara and Barry located Wally, stabilizing his condition with Caitlin's serum, and Wally soon embraced his new abilities.

Julian agreed to protect Caitlin from the police, but forced Barry to resign from the CCPD in exchange, believing him morally unfit for wanting Caitlin shielded.

Kara's Apartment

Iris was sitting on the couch, watching Kara heat up the turkey with her heat vision. "I will never get tired of watching you do that," Eliza, Kara and Alex's mom, said as Kara heated it up. Iris smiled before she looked at James and Winn, who were sitting with her.

"I'm gonna tell her," Iris said, and they looked at her taken back.

"Just...Let me start it out, all right. I'm gonna casually drop how badass the suit is-" Winn started to say.

"Oh, my God," Iris muttered to herself.

"Yeah, yeah, it's like...Oh! Oh, this is so good! It's like somebody from the DEO must have made it," Winn said.

"Enough with the suit, already," Iris said.

"Okay, it's a badass suit," Winn said.

"But I'm the one in the badass suit, so I should be the one to tell her," James said but Iris stiffed a laugh.

"Well, as her best friend, it should be me to tell her," Iris said but then Alex walked up next to them, sitting next to Iris.

"Tell who what?" Alex asked.

"Alex...Um, okay, so we thought about what you said...About Kara," Winn said.

"Right, about not keeping secrets from her," Alex said.

"We talked about it and, um...I'm gonna be the one that tells her I'm the Guardian," James said and Iris shot him a surprised look.

"No, no, no, no, you're not," Alex said.

"Thank you, Alex," Iris said.

"Yeah. No, because I have something to say, something very important. And I'm not going to have you three hijacking the night with your vigilante hijinks," Alex said and Iris looked at her taken back. But she saw the look in Alex's eyes, and realized this was about her coming out to her mom.

"I'm sorry, um, I couldn't sleep a wink last night. No, I can't wait," Winn said, but then Kara sat by James, with Barry next to her.

"Can't wait for what?" Kara asked and they all just stared at Barry and Kara awkwardly.
