A/N: here's a Takao oneshot that was requested by @Miachin7171! Hope you guys like this oneshot!
"Can you promise me something [F/N]-chan?" A small and bright, 5 year old Takao said with a adorable grin.
"Of course! What is it?" You had asked.
"Promise me that when we are big kids, I will be with you forever!" He said slightly quieter with a slight blush on his cute small face and holding out his pinky.
"Promise!" You said with a smile, waiting for that day and hooking your small pinky onto his.
-11 Years Later, high school-
All throughout those years, Takao had never forgotten the promise that you two had made when you were both five years of age. He couldn't wait till that day.
It was a sunny day in Shutoku when he had finally planned to ask you to be his.
-time skip-
It was after school, and you were walking Takao to basketball practice.
"Hey, [F/N]-chan, do you remember that promise we made when we were five?" He asked, hoping that you would still remember after eleven years.
You chuckled lightly.
"Hehe, we made like a million promises back then Takao, I don't know which one you're talking about," you said with a smile.
In your head, you still indeed remembered that certain promise from many years ago.
You two had walked into the gym where the team was getting ready to practice.
"Remember that promise when we were five, and I promised that I would be with you?" He said quite loudly, attracting the team's attention.
"Y-yes I do, why?..." You asked shyly. Takao put a sincere smile on his face, as Midorima walked past behind him, handing him a single rose from behind his back so you wouldn't notice.
"Well, we're big kids now aren't we? So...will you go out with me, [F/N]-chan?" Takao said confidently handing out the single red rose in front of you and waiting for your answer.
"You have any idea how long I've been waiting for this? Of course I will, you hawk eyed idiot!" You said with a smile and hugged him.
"Shin-chan! Did you hear that! [F/N]-chan said yes!" Takao said happily after you let go of him. Midorima nodded, putting on a very small smile towards his friend.
You just laughed at his adorableness.
A/N: I'm so sorry if this sounded kinda like my Murasakibara oneshot ._. But I just imagine Takao doing this, cause he's that type of cute dork. But I really hope you guys liked this! See you next update!
