Tsundere [Midorima Shintaro x Reader]

You and Midorima were like two peas in a pod. You were both always together most of the time and had takao tag along. People in school have always thought that the (hair length and color) girl and the cold, lucky-item-obsessed basketball player were together. You secretly wished you were both together. But you were too afraid of how Midorima would react. So you kept your long time crush on the megane in between you and Takao.

You, Midorima, and Takao were walking along the halls of Shutoku, as always.

"Shin-chan! Is it true that you like someone?~" Takao asked with a grin and caused you to look at Midorima with curious eyes.

"I-I don't know w-what you're talking about n-nanodayo." Midorima said trying to hide his "faint" blush.

"Midorima, you like someone? Really? Who is it?" You asked curiously.

"I said I-I don't l-like anyone n-nanodayo!" Midorima said.

"You're lying Shin-chan~" Takao retorted.

You all headed to your assigned classes.

-time skip-

Takao and Midoima were at basketball practice while (name) was at (activity) practice.

"Shin-chan, when are you going to confess to (name)?" Takao asked his megane friend.

"I-I don't know yet nanodayo"

"You better confess to her soon. What if someone else takes her away?"

"...."

"And plus, I'm pretty sure she's not gonna reject you or anything.~" Takao said to Midoima.

"How do you know that for sure?"

"I just do~" Takao said

Midorima just glared at Takao.

-time skip-

Your (activity) practice was over and you were heading to the gym to where Midorima and Takao was at when a guy from the baseball club came up to you.

"Hello there (name)~" he said

"Yes?" You said.

"Listen, I just want to say something. I like you. And I want you to be my girlfriend." He said with a smirk.

"No, sorry. Not interested." You said quickly because you knew that he was the guy in the baseball club that only dated girls for a week then dumped them.

What you didn't know, was that Midorima was on the other side, listening to everything.

You had tried to walk away from (guy name) but he grabbed your wrist and pulled you to him and kissed you. Midorima witnessed everything. He saw and heard how (guy name) was treating you.

"Don't touch me, you idiot." You said with a cold and serious voice.

"I know like me~" (guy name) said

"She said, don't touch her." Midorima said walking into the scene with eyes filled with rage.

"And what are you gonna do about it, huh?" (Guy name) said, not caring about Midorima.

"M-Midorima?!" You said in surprise. Midorima didn't listen but yanked (guy name) off of you and slammed him on the wall.

"Don't ever go near (name) again. Got that?" Midorima said menacingly.

"Tch. Whatever." (Guy name) scoffed and walked off quickly.

You walked closer to Midorima.

"Thank you for saving me midori-" you were cut off with him hugging you.

"S-sorry I didn't come sooner nanodayo"

"I-it's okay.." You said hugging him back and smiling a little.

"Listen, I-I....I like you, n-nanodayo. And I want to be with you....." Midorima said waiting for your answer.

'He likes me too?...' You thought happily to yourself. You could feel your heartbeat pumping faster.

"Yes, Midorima I'll be with you" you had said happily.

Realizing what just happened, Midorima blushed.

"T-this was all T-takao's idea...it's not like I wanted to date you right now nanodayo..."

"What a tsundere~" you said pecking his cheek and grabbing his hand and walking off together.
