Author's POV
"Jae Yeol-ssi it's time for the injection."
Nurse enters in Jae Yeol's room with the medicine and injection as it was the time for his dose. Jae Yeol was sitting on his bed looking out at the sky. His lips was badly chapped, he had bags under his eyes and his eyes has red veins. It was clear he hasn't slept a bit since the day he got admitted in asylum. His hands were tied as he tried to harm the nurses a lot of times in these past two months.
He was craving to see someone in pain. And lack of it was making him go more crazy. He turns his face a little to back to look at the nurse who was preparing for his dose. He blinks and turns his head back to his place. She comes towards his and grabs his arms.
He clenches his jaw and started to scream and move vigorously. Nurse gasps and tries to calm him down. But it was off no use.
"J..Jae Yeol-ssi please calm down take your dose I promise you'll feel good."
He stops at his place and looks at her with sharp glare. She gulps looking at him. He turns around completely to her and looks in her eyes aggressively.
"This can't make me feel good. Something else will."
"Really? What?"
He slickly grins at her and grabs her wrist even though his hands are tied.
"L..let me hurt you. I.. promise I'll feel better."
Nurse's eyes widen by the words left from Jae Yeol's mouth. She started to shake at her place and tries to get out of his grip. Despite the fact that Jae Yeol hasn't ate good for so long, his grip was so strong.
"Don't you want me to feel good? Please j..just one deep cut o..on your wrist not much."
He has gone insane.
She starts to scream and cry and starts to shake her wrist with all her power to get out of his grip. But he gripped her hand so bad that it started to pain. Eventually she uses all her body force to get out of his grip and fortunately she does making Jae Yeol tripping on floor. She runs for her dear life and locks the door of his room making sure he doesn't get out.
His face hits the floor as a husky groan lefts his mouth. He squeezes his eyes and grits his teeth. Droplets of tears lefts his eyes. His inner were getting ruined. He was addicted to gore, he was addicted to harm and pain which people go through. Suddenly his eyes lands on the surgical knife resting on floor. What is it doing here?
