Third POV

Jimmu let out a roaring battle cry as he charges towards Homura with speed that nearly caught her off guard. She dodged his hands that, she was certain of, would rip her limbs apart. She sent a hard kick to the left shoulder out of instincts before getting away, mentally apologizing at the force of her kick.

"You okay, firecracker?" Yaketsuku asked his daughter,

"Could be worst." Homura replied, "He's fast, that nearly caught me off guard."

"Well then stay on guard if you would prefer to keep your life." Hiei said which annoyed the female fire demon, but decided to bite her tongue seeing how her brother has a point.

Yaketsuku fired a flamethrower through his left palm towards the humanoid demon, in attempts to surround him in fire. So far, the plan he made was void, much to his dismay. Jimmu saw the flames coming and jumped above it to dodge. He was about to strike at the older fire demon, only for him to get knocked further away by Hiei in the air.

After landing back on the ground Jimmu was about to charge towards Hiei, Hayami created a water wall, shielding him from the attack. Hayami pulled the water towards Jimmu, getting crashed onto the wall across him.

"And you said not to hurt him." Homura mocked with a smirk, but only to receive a death glare from Hayami after she'd let down her water wall, making her sweat drop.

"I also said 'unless it is necessary', Homura." Hayami said with a tone of warning in it. As much as she does not want to harm Jimmu, he was not giving her much of a choice when it comes to hurting the others. "And from the looks of things, he is only going after the three of you."

"What makes you say?" Yaketsuku asked as they saw Jimmu getting up again,

"Out of all the four of us, I'm the only one who hasn't been nearly killed by his hands." Hayami said, stating her observations, "But I can't confirm that yet. You three should prepare the trap, I'll distract him." She said firmly,

"Idiot. You're the one Jimmu wants!" Hiei said in anger of what his mate was suggesting. "You being the bait will only make this worse along with the risk of you getting killed!"

"If he would've want to harm me he should've done it by now." Hayami said as Jimmu got up on his feet and started to charged towards them. She stopped his tracks and made a water shield in front of them. "Go get that trap ready while I'll by you three some time." She said as she looks them one by one. "Don't worry about me, I'll fine. Just go!" She yelled, pushing Jimmu and making him crash onto the wall once again. As much as the three didn't want to leave Hayami by herself, especially Hiei, they don't have much of a choice.

Hiei looked back at his mate one more time in worry, but he knew that she wasn't willing to die this time. He trusts her power and abilities despite the risks that his mate kept running into. But that just makes him admire his love even more.

Meanwhile back with Wakumi and Ryuji, they've managed to securely put all of the prisoners back in there cells, locking them in securely.

"Is that all of them?" Wakumi asked as she saw no other escapees left,

Ryuji was about to answer until he noticed something suspicious with a prison cell that is slightly glowing from the inside. He approached the cell with caution and noticed a demon in the corner holding a device in his hands while having his back turned.

"You." Ryuji said, banging the door of the cell, causing the the demon to visibly flinched, "What are you doing there? Show yourself!" He ordered him in which the demon just slowly turned around with a devilish grin on his face, catching the dragon man to be slightly off guard. "What are you doing and what is that device you're holding?" He asked.
