Hayami's POV

Just listening to Amanuma say those things without a thought, makes it more difficult for me to restrain from telling the horrible faith of what the boy has put himself into.

"Yeah and what are we free to go to if the whole world has turned into a demon parking lot." Yusuke said to him in irritation, "We gotta find another way out of this."

"It's no use." Hiei voiced out, "I tried and look what good that did us. We're in the child's territory and just as it was with Kaito and that ugly mansion we're bound to the rules he set, no matter how ridiculous." He said as I saw him walked over to the wall behind us,

"Where the hell are you going?" Yusuke asked,

"I know as much as games as I do of hugs and puppies and care for them even less." He said as he sat down and leaned his back against the wall, crossing his arms. "Wake me for the end of the world." He said now closing his eyes,

"Oh Hiei." Ranumi said in slight disappointment,

"Tsk. Hayami, is there anyway you could whoop this kid's ass?" Yusuke asked as he faced me, "I mean you must've dealt with kids like this other than Ranumi."

"Actually about that... I'm more terrified for Amanuma's life than my own." I said as I looked back on the ground,

"You wanna translate that." Yusuke said,

"As Hiei said, he's made it so that everyone in his territory operates under the laws of the game." Kurama explained, "Thus our faith is the same is that of the challenger in the arcade. As long as we choose to continue, you can go on indefinitely, if we quiet, our lives are over."

"But as what Kaito demonstrated, Amanuma is not immune to his own territory's logic." I said, earning their attention, "I think this young boy is too naive to even realize the dire consequences is his own power." I looked up at Amanuma who is patiently waiting for the game, "If he loses, he'll also follow the rules of the game he has chosen, including the role he willingly took to play. He's merely a pon in Sensui's shadow."

I worriedly looked at Amanuma with fear, mostly because this child is too young to die and it's only natural that he must learn. But not knowing the outcome of what he chose is different. 'Sensui you coward. Your ways of sacrificing a human child has already crossed the line. Much less, letting us make the decision to kill or not a human being.' I thought in frustration.

Seriously, Sensui was supposed to be the one to protect humanity, instead he became its greatest threat. Killing his own kind and manipulating the ones who are at their weakest to join his side.

Getting out of here needs to happen now, even if it means doing something I'll regret and be plagued with guilt.

"Puzzle, 3-7, Level G. Alright the game is 3-7, which one of you wants to play next." Amanuma said, "There's only four left and one of you is actually sleeping." He said referring to Hiei, "Not that I couldn't beat you at three seven in my sleep."

"I'll-" I immediately cut Kurama off, not wanting to do this,

"No. I'll go." I said, looking at him sadly before my eyes went to my sister, "Even if this will kill me inside." With that, I walked towards the controls with regret weighing on my shoulders with every step I took,

Third POV

Hiei opened his Jagan eye, which is still covered from the cloth over his forehead while still having his eyes closed. He looked into his mate's mind and heard the negative thoughts that is circling in her brain as he now know of her sudden volunteering.
