Third POV

"Roll. I told you to hurry." Hiei said to Shishi impatiently, "I'd like a chance to finish warming up."

"Careful, fate may have a sense of humor." Shishi said as he roll the dice again, revealing Kuromomotaro's name and a free space on the other,

"So any one of us vs Kuromomotaro." Kuwabara said and looked at the man who was still chewing his gum,

"This might be my lucky day after all." Hiei said looking at the dice then to man with the chewing gum. "If we can choose anyone in our team to fight in this match, then of course it's going to be me."

"Too bad, I wanted to fight the girl. At least I could have some fun in killing her." Kuro smirked as he looked at Hayami who raised a brow while crossing her arms,

"Don't bring her up in this. Your fight is with me and that's final." Hiei said blocking his mate's view from him protectively,

"Onji, are you positive that he won't use that attack to wipe out Zeru?" Kuro whispered and asked their 'oldest' team member,

"Absolutely no chance of it." Onji whispered back as he looked at Hiei's right arm, "Even if he were stupid enough to try, he couldn't go through with it. His arm still hasn't recovered from the last time he unleashed the dragon of the darkness flame. Hehe, if Hiei were smart, he would've save a desperate move like that for a more worthy opponent such as yourself. And lucky enough for you, he couldn't wait. His arm is in one condition to use that move again."

"That wouldn't stop me." He said as Onji turned around to face him,

"Don't be so confident about that, Kuro. Even with your abilities, the dragon of darkness flame could most likely burn you like a blonde chicken on a stick." Onji said,

"Sorry to interrupt your talk, but I'd like to fight." Hiei said,

"What are you jokers whispering about there for so long? If you have something so important to say, why don't you share it with the rest of the group." Kuwabara said as he pointed as finger to them,

"Yes, if you wouldn't mind. We would to start the next match soon." Juri said to them but flinch went Kuro glared at her, "Or not, maybe we could wait whenever you might be ready." She said waving her hand in dismissal to what she told earlier,

Onji chuckled, "Never have been the ladies man, have you Kuro. I should give you some pointers you, I was a real performer you know." He said as he looked at fire demon, "Hiei puts up a brave front even though he's hurt. Sure he's no pushover, but once your body is done it's little specialty...we'll be on our way into fighting Toguro. Just remember to hold him off until your body could memorize his special attacks, that's how you'll defeat him." He said before looking at Hayami, "Too bad it wasn't Hayami you're fighting. That girl has more special skills than she lets on. Her water dragon can also kill you in an instant and it's clear that hers is a more life taking one, that's for sure."
