To the Future pt. 2

Hayami's POV

We've all made it to our destination as soon as the train stopped. Walking on the path towards the long staircase to the temple, we saw a familiar female fire demon coming towards us and was accompanied by my spirit beast.

Homura smiled and waved at us. "Hello, you must be the rest of my family's friendship group." She said as soon as we're all in front of her,

"Uh, who are you?" Keiko asked confusedly,

"Oh, where are my manners. My name is Homura, a fire demon like my baby brother. I'm sure Hayami and the others explained it." Homura introduces herself as I can feel the embarrassment radiating off from Hiei, "I just came to give my little sister a quick visit before heading off to demon world. Our papa wanted to give her a gift."

"You mean you're Yukina's older sister?" Shizuru asked with a surprise tone in her voice,

"That's right." She said proudly. "Well I'm gonna be off now, since I need to get back on patrol before theres gonna be a riot in the demon going nuts about the humans." Homura then turned her gaze to Hiei. "Papa told me that you should stay here in the living world for at least a day or two to look after Hayami, Hiei. Also our sister is expecting you today as well. Anyways, I'll see you all soon." She said with a wave before jumping away from sight. No doubt towards the nearest entrance to demon world.

"So that's Homura." Keiko said,

"She seems kinda cool." Shizuru said,

A small pause went by until Kuwabara turned pale on the realization

"YUKINA AND HIEI ARE SIBLINGS?! AND THAT YOU HAVE AN OLDER SISTER?!" Kuwabara practically yelled as his body was as stiff as a stone,

"Well that was bound to happen sooner or later." I said casually as I looked at Kuwabara's horror shock expression.

"It's good to know that you two have an older sister to depend on sometimes." Keiko said to Hiei,

"At least you have nothing else to hide and it'll be easier on everyone else." Ranumi said gently but cautiously patting the fire demon's shoulder,

"But you know..." Kuwabara started after snapping out of his shock state. "Clearly as the sisters, Yukina and Homura got all the positive traits, leaving the brother nothing but the negative traits. Probably from their dad." He said in which Hiei looked at him with a strict and cold stare, making him flinch under the demon's gaze. "W-What Hiei?!" He asked nervously,

"Kuwabara, their father is anything but the sort." Ranumi said in defence,

"Not to mention that Homura has her moments of being violent. Yaketsuku is a little protective and strict, but he's a very loving father." I added, defending my mate's family,

"As Yukina's brother, I have one thing to say to you..." Hiei started and gave him a cold glare. "You are NOT SUITABLE for my sister." He said in a cold tone,

"Wha..." Kuwabara gaped at what he said before snapping at him, "WHAT DID YOU SAY, YOU BASTARD?!!!" He yelled at him as my dearest mate kept his glare at him,

"Now, now, Kuwabara. Calm down." Kurama said holding him back,

"Yeah baby bro, you don't wanna give Hayami the stress now, do you?" Shizuru asked, which caused him to stop and looked at me.

"Tsk. You're the same fool the moment we first met." Hiei scoffed as Lala went near us and cooed on his hand that was petting her head gently,

"Why you little-!"

"Enough!" I shouted at them, making them both look at me with a terrified gaze. I really don't like to be stressed but these two are really pushing it. "If you two want to fight, go do it somewhere else! Or do you want me to knock your heads together for you two to shut up and get over it!" I said as Lala went over and tried to calm me down.
