The Ambitions Destroyed: A Trial of Light

Third POV

The three humans ran towards them as M3 prepared his attack on his hand.

"I suggest to two move right now." Hayami said as she jumped away, leaving Yusuke and Kuwabara in a late reaction.

They both jumped in time but M2 is ahead and swung something invisible, hitting both Kuwabara and Yusuke in the face with something they couldn't see. Kuwabara landed on his back while Yusuke on his knees.

"What the hell was that?!" Yusuke asked in surprise, "I didn't even see that guy's attack."

Hayami stood beside them in a defensive stance. "Are boys good?" She asked,

"Yeah, thanks for the warning." Kuwabara said, "I didn't know how powerful that guy's hand was gonna be."

"Yep, we'll send you a thank you card." Yusuke said sarcastically,

"Drop it, Yusuke. They're coming." Hayami said as they look to see M1 about to throw his angel blades.

They all skillfully dodged all the blades that were being thrown by M1. M2 swung his hands again, sending a gust of wind towards Kuwabara, causing him to fly away.

Luckily, he was able to save himself by summoning his spirit sword and stabbing it on the tiled ring, keeping him from going out of it. Though he flung himself, face to the tiled ring.

M3 was charging towards Kuwabara who is still on the ground, while Yusuke saw this coming and went to fire his spirit gun. "Not on my watch!" He said and pointed his index finger towards them, but he still got nothing.

Hayami managed to escape from M1 and M2, seeing that Kuwabara is in danger and Yusuke running after him. She used her demon speed and kicked M3, knocking him away from Kuwabara as she landed safely in front of him.

"Wow! That was awesome!" Kuwabara said as Yusuke just arrived and face the enemies,

"The only way to survive this to keep a small track of their energy and trust your instincts to keep you alive." Hayami explained,

"Maybe you could clear something up for me, water girl. Those guys are human, with spirit energy like us." Yusuke said,

"Positive." Hayami said, "They're 100 percent humans."

"Then why can't we feel it?" Kuwabara asked, "I'm a spiritually aware person, that's what I do. Why can't I now?"

"The doctor somehow filtered their energy, in a way it raised their spirit energy higher than your rookie brains could handle." Hayami said,

"Just perfect." Yusuke sarcastically,

"If we can't sense all their energy, how are we suppose to win?" Kuwabara asked,

"I can't answer all your questions, but you need to somehow increase your spirit energy in mid battle right now." Hayami said,

They then saw the three humans in formation for another attack.

'Alright spirit gun, you can come back whenever you're ready.' Yusuke thought in frustration as he went on the defense.

Meanwhile just outside the stadium, M4 ran and charged towards Hiei, Kurama and Ryuji as they brought out their sword, rose whip and water chained scythe and sliced the demon in seconds.

"What the hell?" M5 said in surprise at the sight of his teammate death in a blink of an eye,

"Hn and that was using my left hand, Kurama." Hiei said as they looked back at the chopped body parts,
