Return to Demon World pt. 1

Third POV

It has been a full day now since the messengers from Demon World came from its four kings to invite the four powerful demons of the Living World. Things will most likely feel like betrayals for a certain orange haired teen.

"FOIL: First, Outside, Inside... what's the 'L' for?" Kuwabara mumbled as he tries to study and remember his math homework. He grumbled in frustration. "I know it is. It's not the speed of light is it?"

"Kazuma are you studying?" Shizuru asked as she opened the door to her little brother's room with a food of tray on her hands,

"Of course!" Kuwabara said to his sister as she walked in the room,

"Here's your reward." Shizuru said, presenting his dinner,

"Hmm that looks great!" Kuwabara said as he was about to reach for the tray until Shizuru pulled it away, making him fall on his chair, "What the heck was that for!?!" He demanded as he sat back up

"It can be your reward if and only if you promise to finish reading this book on 20th Century Dew Political Shifts by tomorrow morning." Shizuru said as she puts the tray on Kuwabara's study table and showed him the textbook,

"TOMORROW MORNING?! BUT I'M DOING MY MATH!!!" Kuwabara whined in anger from getting piled up with more school work,

"You'll read this in addition into doing your math work, because you know the prep school that you want to get into is looking for only well rounded students and you are already far behind the other applicants." Shizuru pointed out, letting her brother get a reminder of what to improve in his studies.

"Fine, I'll do it. I promise. Happy?" Kuwabara swore in frustration which satisfies his older sister,

"I'm ecstatic." She said satisfied as she tossed the textbook to him, making him growl at her in annoyance before walking out the door. "Cover to cover." She reminded before closing the door,

"She's such a nag!" Kuwabara yelled before sitting back down and looking at his dinner. "I guess she does know me though, you gotta hand it to her. She knows the best way to get to me is through my stomach." He said as he grabbed his sandwich and taking a bite out of it before drinking his coffee, though only for it to taste a bit bitter. "I guess she forgets to use the sugar." He muttered until he heard a cat purring and meowing and started looking for his one and only precious pet.

"Ichiki! C'here kitty, kitty, kitty. Come out and play! Here kitty!" He called for his cat as he looked around to find it, but only to find Botan making cat noises by the window on her oar. "Oh-Uh Botan." He said before composing himself and approached the window and opening it, "I was just looking for my contact that's all."

"That will have to wait afraid." Botan said to him in concern, "You've been summoned to master Genkai's compound ASAP."

"Why?" Kuwabara asked,

"Dunno." Botan said,

"What am I saying. I can't go out, I'm gonna be up studying all night as it is." Kuwabara said as he turned his back to the grim reaper, "Some other time."

"Alright." Botan said as she turned her head away, "I'll tell Yukina you were too busy to see her." She said, pretending to be upset,

And like a switch, the teen went all giddy.

"Yukina's gonna be there?! Why didn't you say so?!" Kuwabara said giddily as he approached the window again,

"But you're too busy to come tonight, right." Botan pointed out,

"How dare you put school work ahead over the girl I love more than anything!" Kuwabara pointed an accusing finger at her. "Don't you know that the best way to get to me to do anything is through my heart, for I am the warrior of love." He said as he climbed out of his window and hopped on the grim reaper's oar, "Drive and take me to Genkai's place now and step on it!" He ordered her,
