A month pass like a whirlwind. Inayos ko ang mga bagahe namin ni Tres. Sergio gives me a lot of time to think of moving to his mansion. I mean, what could be better than living for free but I need to reconsider.

"Coleen, I hope you're doing fine..."

"I am Mom." pagod kong sagot kay Mommy na nakatawag sa akin ngayon.

Sergio is doing his best to arrest the parents of Lisha and all those Altameranos. May ginagawa raw na illegal. Pagod na ang utak ko upang itanong sa kanya ang buong detalye but I think mostly, he just thinks that the Altamerano clan might be a threat lalo na at nawawala si Lisha.

Once they find out that their daughter is killed in our hands, they might go for revenge on which he didn't want to happen.

I still haven't met Sergio's family kaya rin ako napatawag kay Mommy para magtanong and according to her, bukod sa nakakatakot ang pamilya nito at para dawng aristocrats if nasa past times kami, wala na syang alam pa.

The family is very discreet towards everything. What happened to my Mom when she was chase after Lisha's men is better that I has.

Kung ako, kinailangan pang pumasok sa mabahong basurahan. Sya naman ay nakirestroom lang at naglagay ng perfume dahil pakiramdam nya bumabaho na sya dulot ng pawis.

I'm still frustrated with the thought na ang dali lang ng sa kanya habang pahirapan sa akin. Ayos na sya ngayon at may plano syang bumalik na dito sa bansa after knowing what happened to us and after knowing na wala na syang dapat ikatakot pa.

We made a lot of adjustments. Palaging pumupunta dito si Sergio sa apartment para bisitahin kami. All the time he is here, I feel so alive, I feel so sound and well ngunit sa tuwing aalis sya, pakiramdam ko hindi ko kakayaning tumayo kahit 10 minutes and I am always tired.

"Okay then, I'll hang up na. Ikamusta mo ako kay Tres."

"Sure, Mom." I replied then she ended the call.

Pagkatapos ko ng isaayos ang mga bagahe ay agad akong tumayo para kausapin si Tres sa itaas.

I can't still believe that we made it all. I mean, gusto ko ang mga nangyayari and this is like a happy ending.

Sergio always visits her at night. Everytime he came in the house. Magbobonding silang mag-ama sa video games and after that we made out in our room.

I drunk his blood. It's all I need to survive. I am already dead at kaya lamang ako nabubuhay ay dahil sa dugo ni Sergio.

"Tres?" I called out my son ngunit walang sumasagot.

Tuloy ay agad na bumalot ang kaba sa akin at binilisan ang paghakbang patungo sa kwarto ng anak ko.

As I opened the door, I saw him wearing a tuxedo.

My cute little baby is wearing a tuxedo and he's staring seriously at me. "Tres, why are you wearing those? Sinong nagpasuot sa iyo---"

He pointed at my back and there I saw Sergio standing also wearing a tuxedo. "Sergio what are you..." agad na lumipat ang tingin ko sa wrist watch at hindi pa naman nag-aala sais. It's still three in the afternoon.

"Good noon." he said shortly. Napangiti ako doon and right after, pakiramdam ko ay bumabalik na ang lakas ko.

Everytime, he is near me. I feel so alive and when he's a distance away, it makes me feel weak.

I am already dead, namatay na ako noong sagupan sa Altamerano residence. Sergio is the one that revives me. Kaya lamang ako nabuhay ay dahil konektado na ang dugo namin at binigyan nya ako ng imortal na buhay nya.

He said, he's the only vampire that is immortal. Iyong sinabi nyang klase ng bampira na tatlo lamang ang lahi, namatay ang isa at pinatay ng mga kalalakihan nyang tapat sa kanya.

Ang dalawa sa kakaibang klaseng bampirang iyon ay siya. Well, he's good at metaphors, huh?

Marami syang mga sikreto at misteryo at alam kong paunti-unti ay malalaman ko rin iyon. Heck, some of his mysteries ay hindi nya nga alam mismo.

"Coleen, I am a changed man." panimula nya. I nodded, nakakunot ang noo. He always says that. He told me, hindi nya ako gagalawin kapag sinabi kong hindi.

He will always ask for my permission and will never rape me again. I laughed unto that. Call me crazy pero sa tingin ko gusto kong ma-rape nya.

"What about that, huh? Are you proposing to me now?" nakangiti kong wika habang nakataas ang kilay.

He nodded.

"Go Papa!" Tres who just turns 5 a month ago, cheer his father. Napatawa tuloy ako roon.

He said, his most amazing gift is knowing that he has a complete family. Hindi na sya magsasayang ng oras para sa paggawa ng machine to revive a dead people after his father told me that we are immortal kaya kailangan naming mag-ingat at umiwas sa media.

We need to be discreet in this life, just like Sergio's family o baka kapupulutan kami ng isyu sa mga normal na tao sa media.

"I do." I replied kahit hindi pa man nya ako tinanong kung magpapakasal ba ako sa kanya.

Despite everything, I am sure that this is what I want. Hindi ako naging ganito kasaya noon, this is the only happiness that I want throughout my lifetime.

It's like there is happiness because I have Sergio and I'm sure he has also the happiness because he had me. Our son has the happiness because he had the both of us.

Hell, yes! I'm ready to be trapped with him and besides, he is the reason why I am still alive and so I am to him.

Tres is jumping with so much glee. Sergio is smiling like crazy as he puts on the ring to my finger. Napangiti ako doon. He chooses the paper ring. Takot kami sa metal. Nakakapaso ang metal sa aming mga bampira at sa aming tatlo, ako lamang ang nakakakita ng sarili sa salamin. Sergio and Tres is so sensitive to reflection, not all the vampires is lalo na iyong bampira na namodify lamang.

I am not sensitive to my reflection kaya may salamin pa rin naman sa bahay ngunit nakatabon iyon and everytime I look at myself in the mirror, I make sure na wala sa malapit ang isa sa kanila.

I don't want any of them hurt. Sergio and I embrace each other after that. Hindi kami naghahalikan. No, not infront of Tres.

Pagkatapos ng masayang tagpo sa itaas, agad kumaripas ang mag-ama sa harapan ng smart T. V. at may sinet-up na PS5. The house is fine to both of us but Sergio insist that he wants a bigger house for us. By bigger house, he means a mansion.

I already expected this proposal for him. Assumera ako everytime and he's so crazy over me.

















"I have a question...." I said habang nakayakap sya sa akin sa likod.

Matagal ko ng gustong itanong ito. I feel like since we have to get married, I wanted to ask him something that bothers me the most.

"Hmmm..." he said then caressed my fingers.

Inihubad ko na ang papel na singsing doon at mababasa iyon. Nakalagay iyon sa kwarto namin.

Although, aalis sya early in the morning para magtrabaho sa kompanya nya. He's so responsible. He's already earning digits pero talaga namang mas inigihan pa nya.

"Ano ang gagawin mo kapag hindi ko sinabing may anak tayo? Magpapakasal ka rin ba kay Lisha?" napalunok ako matapos kong itanong iyon.

I know na masyado ng matagal iyan dapat. Iniungkat ko pa.

"I'll kill myself."

"Hindi ka naman namamatay?"

"I don't know but I am not going to marry her, just so you know. I just wanted to protect you. Kung magpapakasal man talaga kami, I will not lay a finger to her. I wanted to protect you from her and her family na mas mainam na lamang na magkalayo tayo...basta maayos ka."

I nodded.

"So papakasalan mo talaga sya..."

He nodded. "That's how I love you. Seeing you happy is my top priority and now you are much happier. Knowing that your happiness is me, I'll be with you forever."

I smiled to him and then our lips collided.

I don't know but one thing is for sure to me now and that is, my thirst for blood and for him is just insatiable.

"I love you..." wika ko saka nakarinig kami ng pagkalabog sa ibaba.
