Xavier X Male! Reader

A yawn escaped your lips as you sat down on Xaviers bed. The first day of summer was finally here, the two of you just got back from a last day of school prom at school to 'celebrate the students hard work for the school year'.

And that dance wore you and your boyfriend out, luckily he let you spend the night at his place. "You learned some new moves"You commented seeing Xavier was plopped down on the bed besides you. You were referring to when he took you to the dance floor and showed you some real dancing when it came to you. "Mhm...But my shoulders are killing me...And I'm just tired"Xavier said with his face in his pillow.

You smiled sluggishly at Xavier and how cute he looked tired, you sighed and took your shoes off just glad the school year is done also winning three months of sleeping in, going to your favorite places when you want and spending even more time with Xavier. "Aw, it's okay baby. Look on the bright side, you made the school dance 10x better...Honestly I don't know what'd I do if you weren't there with me..."You sighed.

"Well, that is true...But uh, my shoulders are aching pretty bad..."Xavier blushed and forced a smile for you slightly lifting his head up from his pillow but imminently put his face back in his pillow. You smirked and started to rub his back, "Don't worry about it, it's summer this is a time to relax"You said rubbing his shoulders and back with your hands. Xavier hid his smile with the pillow his face was in. You sighed in relief at Xavier relaxing finally, until finally, Xavier had fallen asleep while you were rubbing his back and shoulders.

You smiled and laid down next to him in bed, you wrapped your arms around him almost forgetting to put the blanket over you guys. You were getting so tired it was becoming an actual challenge to keep your eyes open but you gave in and fell asleep with Xavier.

Time Skip

You opened up your eyes and rubbing them, you had just woken up from falling asleep. You looked and saw Xavier was still asleep next to you, you decided to check your phone to see the time. But you were greeted with a text from your mom saying that you needed to come home about something important. You did a surprised look and turned back to Xavier, you decided to see what your parents wanted to talk about but before leaving, you left Xavier a text saying you had to go and kissed him goodbye on the forehead then going back home.

"WHAT?!"

"(Y/N), please understand...."

When you got home to see what your parents wanted to talk about, it only made you want to rip your head off.

Your mom had gotten a new job, but it wasn't in Herkleston. You were moving away by late August. "Cheer up, sport. You'll be able to go to a new school and make new friends"Your dad said, "Honey, I think he's upset he won't be able to see his little boyfriend..."Your mother sighed. You looked like you were going to scream, you loved Xavier and you had to be away from him?

Your dad realised his mistake but before he could say anything, you ran back to your room in anger. "This is the worse summer ever!"You screamed slamming your door.

You had no idea how to tell Xavier, he was just looking on the bright side of things. Xavier was a lonely boy without any friends before you two met, when you came he was never alone but now that you'll be gone in late August he'll be in square one again.

Time Skip

"So what do you think we should do?"

Xavier began, just last night you told Xavier you were moving in late August. Yesterday you were too upset and nervous to tell Xavier right away but last night you were able to text him and say you're moving and this'll be the last summer with him physically.

So, the next day the two of you met up at the park to talk about it, the two of you were sitting down on a cloth at the park. "I don't wanna move away, Xavier..."You mumbled putting your knees to your chest and burying your face in it. Xavier turned to you and held your hand, "I know...And I don't either, (Y/N)...But, our time together is limited now so it's best that we use that time together while it lasts..."Xavier said.

You held Xavier's hand back knowing he was right, you could still call, text, FaceTime Xavier when you had the time. "*Sighs* Yeah..."You sighed then kissed Xavier on the cheek ready to spend the time you had at Herkleston left with Xavier.

Three months later

Three months passed surprisingly slowly, everyday of summer was a day you spent with Xavier. You didn't want to spend this summer full of sadness, so spending this summer with your boyfriend was practically one of the only things bringing you true happiness.

You sighed looking at the date on your phone, August 27th. Four more days til you move you have to use technology to speak with everyone else back at Herkleston. You eyed yourself in the mirror, you were all dressed up cause your friends were throwing you a goodbye party you pulled something out of your pocket. It was photo of you and Xavier the day you two started to date, it was like some good luck charm to you so you put it back in your pocket.

Until finally, you were ready to head to the party. Your parents were in the car waiting to drive you there, you got in the car and told them you were ready. Not knowing what was following along.

Xavier's POV:I sighed at the picture of (Y/N) on my phone, the last thing I wanted was for him to go...I can't believe I have to start this school year without (Y/N)... "Sweetheart, I know you're sad that (Y/N) boy is moving soon but you can't lock yourself in your room all day, how about you get some fresh air"My mom said coming into my room, I thought for a moment of course knowing she was right so I agreed to and said goodbye to her.

I thought a simple walk wouldn't hurt, I wouldn't be gone for long. It's not like anyone was gonna die.

Time Skip

So you know how I said it wasn't like anyone was gonna die? I take that back...

While I was walking I heard a scream, it was so loud it sounded like it would split my ears in two.

But when I looked to see why there was a scream, I saw on the road something that made me want to scream.

It was (Y/N), bleeding on the streets dying. I looked around more and saw he was in a car accident causing it. This can't be happening...

(Y/N) tried to lift his head up to look at me, his damaged face made me want to puke. "X-Xavier?"(Y/N) choked looking up at me, I couldn't help but burst into tears running to him seeing him suffering like this. "(Y/N)! Oh crap..."I mumbled, (Y/N) looked me in the eye then sighed. "Look, Xavier...I know I promised to be with you forever even if I'm moving, so I just wanna say one last thing if I die..."(Y/N) sighed. I listened closely hoping this isn't the last time I hear his voice. "*Sighs* baby you're the best..."(Y/N) said.

I was the best? No...I was never amazing, I was never a king...Why would he say I was the best? He was always the best...

Sooner or later the ambulance came and drove (Y/N) and his family to the hospital. Please tell me I'm dreaming...Please tell me this is a nightmare I can wake up to and see (Y/N) is still alive...

(Y/N), please for the love of god don't be dead...

Time Skip

I stared at myself in the mirror, dressed in all black. I couldn't believe it...

A few days ago I learned (Y/N) ended up not making it, this was worse than him moving away...I knew (Y/N) was gonna leave, but not like this.

I had imagined me and him being together for a lot longer, not having a care in the world...Last night I couldn't even sleep knowing he was dead, all I did was hug my pillow wishing (Y/N) was beside me...

Guess today is the day I truly say goodbye to (Y/N)...God I'll miss him to death...

"Guess I'll spend this summer alone..."I mumbled before walking out the house to (Y/N)s funeral.
