Bike of love (Handlebarb X Warpspeed)

In the beginning Handlebarb and Warpspeed 28 and this and this'll have my fanon kid, Danielle in this.

Warpspeed walked up the stairs as his wife, Handlebarb held a sleeping baby girl in her arms that was named 'Danielle'. "Okay, first things first clear up the attic, set up the house for Danielle and...Finally go grocery shopping"Warpspeed said finishing walking up the stairs with Handlebarb. Before starting, Handlebarb opened up the door of Danielle's room after walking over a teddy bear sent from Todd, Handlebarb put her baby in her crib and shut the door behind her. "With Danielle asleep we can clean the attic, but we gotta be quiet"Handlebarb said.

Warpspeed and Handlebarb entered the attic and started sorting out what they wanted to keep and get rid of. It only took 30 minutes since they didn't have a lot of stuff but it still took awhile. Handlebarb walked towards the very back of the attic where there were piles of boxes, she moved the boxes out the way and found a dusty teal tandem bicycle with ribbons on and in front was a basket. Handlebarb smiled and took the bike towards her husband, "Honey, look what I found!"Handlebarb said holding the bike by its handles, "Our old bike! We haven't ridden it in two years, guess we forgot about it when Danielle was gonna be coming but we had to prepare for her"Warpspeed said, "Ha...But remember how this bike changed everything between us..."Handlebarb began.

19 years ago

Warpspeed adjusted his bike and tightened his helmet at the warm creek. While his parents were at work for the day, he decided to take on day three of trying to ride a bike or atleast without training wheels. He didn't wanna have training wheels on still at nine so he took his old bike, removed the training wheels and took it to the creek to practice riding a bike without those training wheels.

But just when he was trying to ride his bike after letting go of a tree for balance, he fell over. "This is harder than it looks..."Warpspeed mumbled thinking he was alone. "It is"Said a female voice.

Warpspeed turned around in surprise because he thought he was the only one there, "Huh?"Warpspeed said seeing the girl there. She had shoulder length driftwood brown hair, black eyes and light apricot skin. "I saw you try riding your bike a few times and you seemed like you needed help"The girl said helping Warpspeed up, he was a little curious on why she didn't just mind her own business he wanted to ask but he remembered that curiosity isn't always good to sasitify. "Thank you...Wait, haven't I seen you before? You're Barbara Mal from my science and P.E. class!"Warpspeed said as his memory hit him in the back of the head "Yeah, I recognized you when I first saw you, but I'd prefer you call me 'Handlebarb' that's what everyone else at the creek calls me"Handlebarb said. "Now, do you want help with riding a bike?", "Yes! I don't want training wheels like I'm a baby!"Warpspeed then rushed to get his bike, Handlebarb let out a slight chuckle and walked towards Warpspeed "It's not gonna be easy, but with enough practice we should do it".

Time skip (Two years later)

Handlebarb and Warpspeed developed a friendship during their time together. One day, they were walking on the sidewalk together passing many shops and cafes. Until they both were about to pass a shop for stuff like bikes, scooters and other stuff in that category they looked over at it and saw something presented at the front. It was a teal tandem bicycle with ribbons on and in front was a basket.

The two stood there staring at the bike and just admiring it. Warpspeed imagined him and Handlebarb riding that through the creek, her hair flowing through the wind, her beautiful smile, her shining black eyes...

"Warpspeed we can ride it together at the creek, we should save up to buy that! How much money do you have?!"

That sentence broke Warpspeeds train of thought, Warpspeed turned over to Handlebarb. "We can, I wanna ride it with you! But I don't know how much money I have, I'll need to check when I go home"Warpspeed said. "I got $40 bucks and 2 pennies, it's $85...Lemonade stand here I come..."Handlebarb mumbled the last part.

Later that day, Warpspeed went into his room and opened his wallet. $37, 50¢ and a button. He was determined to buy that new bike so he could ride it with his first crush and hopefully first girlfriend. Warpspeed exhaled and went to his laptop for quick ways to make money without a job.

Throughout the week, Handlebarb and Warpspeed worked together to buy that bike, today they were counting the money they had made. "We did it! We got $60 afterwards"Handlebarb cheered seeing that their hard work paid off after all this time, the two split the extra money evenly and walked to the bike shop that sold the bike and got ready to ride it.

Time skip

An hour after buying the bike and riding around the creek passed, now Handlebarb and Warpspeed were sitting down with each other with their bike beside them, Handlebarb was talking with Warpspeed about whatever came on her mind. She didn't notice Warpspeed scooting towards her he was staring at her cheek wondering if he should kiss it. He had already dreamt of placing his lips on Handlebarbs face but at the same time he was having second thoughts. Before he could make up his mind, Handlebarb turned her head around not knowing Warpspeed was there and she had accidentally kissed Warpspeed.

They both sat there in shock looking into each others shocked eyes. They were frozen in place not knowing what to do or think about this mistake. After a solid 10 seconds their lips parted. "I- Uh...Eh...Sorry?"Warpspeed was the first to speak, he didn't know if that was something to say sorry for. Soon, the dinner horn rang. "Uh...Guess the dinner horn rang already! I'll take the bike home for today"Handlebarb stood up and started walking to bike to her house.

The next day

Warpspeed walked to Handlebarbs house before going to the creek, he was going to be honest today. Warpspeed knocked on the door and thankfully Handlebarb answered the door. "Oh...H-Hey Warpspeed..."Handlebarb said nervously "I like you!"Warpspeed word vomited nervously he wasn't even thinking about what he was saying, that was all he repeated in his head on the walk to Handlebarbs house and that was all he could say. Handlebarb felt her face go from light apricot to cherry red, "Heh...I like you...Too. I didn't mean to kiss you back there I didn't-"Handlebarb awkwardly spoke but Warpspeed grabbed onto Handlebarbs hand "It's okay! It's in the past now...Now how about we have a nice ride on our bike..."Warpspeed said. "Yeah...It can be our little couple thing..."Handlebarb silently suggested and walked with Warpspeed to ride the bike that made them fall in love.
