Just wanted to get as many stories written and published as possible before I head off to high school this year in a few days. Paloma and Keun Sup are 14, plot inspired by the song above.

Paloma and Keun Sup, neither had anything better to do expect for just laying in the bed together. Since they were finally boyfriend and girlfriend Paloma wanted a day to be just alone in her bedroom. "Hey, Keun Sup you ever believed in tarot?"Paloma asked now sittng up on her bed, Keun Sup shook his head as a no and he later got up. Paloma reached from beind her pillow pulling out a box with tarot cards in them.

The box looked old but the cards remained in shape and looked newer, Keun Sup scooted backwards so Paloma would have space to put the cards out. Before Paloma could spread the cards out the lights flickered twice until it went completely dark in Paloma's house. "Paloma!"Paloma's step mom called from downstairs then opened Paloma's bedroom door. "Lindsey?"Paloma replied seeing her mom and step mom at her bedroom door. "What happened to the lights?"Keun Sup asked.

Paloma's mom silently clicked her tongue in annoyance after giving Paloma and Keun Sup flashlights downstairs. "The power must have went out...Paloma, stay here in here in the living room and kitchen until me and Lindsey get the power to work again". Paloma and Keun Sup nodded then Paloma's mom walked to the power box with her wife. When they were gone, Paloma didn't really feel scared, not cause Keun Sup was holding her hand in the dark it was cause she remembered imagining this at one point. Her and Keun Sup alone in her home downstairs and no one was there to see them together, it could be just them. Keun Sup lightly rubbed his thumb over Paloma's hand as he held it to get her attention. "What should we do now? It's too dark for your tarot, the power is out so we can't watch tv..."Keun Sup said.

But Keun Sup felt his hand go empty, he didn't wanna lose Paloma in this darkness so he lightly panicked. "Paloma?! Where did you go?!"Keun Sup loudly whispered grabbing his flashlight only to hear footsteps come from down the stairs shortly. It was Paloma, she had quickly ran up to her room to grab something. She had a bunch of glow in the dark star stickers on a thin plastic sheet of paper that kept them in place. "I don't feel like holding these flashlights, help me put these stickers up"Paloma said handing Keun Sup two plastic sheets of glow in the dark star stickers, "K, star girl"Keun Sup teased placing one on Paloma's nose.

Paloma giggled and kissed Keun Sup's nose leaving lipstick on it. The two decorated the kitchen walls with the glow in the dark stickers, giving more light to the room and making it less dark. Paloma smiled then sat down on the kitchen counter, still keeping the star sticker on her nose. She grinned looking at what her and her boyfriend did, she tapped her long grey painted nails on the counter then lightly scratched it. Keun Sup stared at Paloma, he could finally see her shine. His eyes were still on the sticker he put on Paloma's nose before making all this happen, he was still wondering. Was Paloma scared of this power outage? He always sees her so brave he can't help but wonder if during all those moments she was actually scared.

But he was wrong, she loved this moment. She could have a moment alone with Keun Sup since it being dark made Paloma feel closer to Keun Sup. "Sorry we couldn't do your tarot-"Keun Sup said now standing in front of Paloma but she took a sticker and placed it on Keun Sup's nose. "Nope, this is better, star boy"Paloma teased then moved her hands on the counter to Keun Sup's cheeks leaning forward.

Keun Sup just went with it, no hesitation, no double thinking all he could think of was the kiss from his girlfriend. Paloma leaned forward to kiss Keun Sup more, Keun Sup arched his back to kiss Paloma's lips and his hands were on the counter next to Paloma. He got to see Paloma's shine tonight, and she made him shine too.
