Yustice sat at the ninja garden as the waterfall made soothing noises as she read with her friends, a new manga is what they were reading. It was one they were reading called, 'No longer human'. The three read the final pages and took a moment to breathe, "Welp, my views on life has permanently changed. Oh well! Let's move onto the next one"Zatch said moving towards the box where Yustice kept all the manga for her and her friends to read. But, it was empty they had read all their manga. "We finished all our manga..."Prynda said. "That's okay! I'm sure one of you guys have your own manga we can read together!"Yustice said closing the box.

Prynda and Zatch looked at each other then Yustice, "We don't, we read it all..."Zatch said shamefully to which Yustice sighed at. She had no more manga to read for her friends and the store where they brought their manga has closed down. But then, Yustice got an idea in her head. "Hey guys, do you think it'll hurt to try to make our own manga? Prynda, you're a great writer, Zatch, you're a great artist and I can draw manga panels and localise the manga to Japanese probably! What do you guys say?"Yustice said in an optimistic tone to better motivate her friends.

"It is the beginning of summer and we just ran out of stuff to read and watch..."Zatch said referring to the manga and anime they ran out to keep them occupied for the summer, "I do have some plots that could work for a manga..."Prynda said now coming to the conclusion, she wanted to make a manga.

The trio walked to Yustice's house after binge watching a bunch of videos on tips and tricks on beginning their manga, they knew it was gonna be a long ride but they were willing to make it happen. Yustice lightly sketched the panels for Zatch to draw in and Prynda was working on the script after the trio agreed on a plot.

'Visual novel'

That was the name.

A couple who is tired of their son curses their son to be trapped in a visual novel they made, after being freed the son takes the girl who freed him on one adventure.

The plot was perfect to the trio and they planned everything out, they didn't feel rushed and just did what they wanted. Yustice gave deadlines to keep them from slacking off she didn't wanna but sometimes you gotta throw in some tough love.

A week later

Prynda blinked and continued writing, the deadline for writing the dialogue was in a few days and Prynda had to make it happen. There she sat at her desk at 1am writing the dialogue, she sighed as she wrote the last lines. Staying up till 1am for a manga, this wasn't gonna be easy.

Three weeks later

After hard work the manga was done, 109 pages and they were done. "We're done! Now we just keep to print it, this'll take awhile..."Yustice frowned acknowledging the work. "That's okay! We can all print it together, c'mon let's go to my house so we can print it!"Yustice gathered the manga pages and covers then ran to Yustice's home to make more copies. It took an hour for them to print all the pages then set them up into actual mangas. Yustice smiled then looked at the mangas they made, Zatch's art as the cover and art for the manga, her and Prynda's writing of the dialogue and their faces on the final page of the manga. A picture of all of them together titled, 'Meet the authors!'. Yustice smiled imagining her older self looking back at this with her friends and the nostalgia hitting her like a katana blade.

The trio picked up the mangas and ran to the library, in the library they had a section perfect for their manga. After finally getting some barcodes stamped to all the copies the three started storing the mangas on the shelf of the section run by kid authors. They all smiled at their hard work finally being put on the shelf, the three then parted promising to meet up again together to see if anyone checked out their book.
