A week full of dates without anymore attacks and learning to control my turn around Caroline. I woke to her telling me that she was planning the date today, and that all I needed to do was show up in a suit. I have no idea what the date is, and it's almost time. I walk out of the house and Caroline is standing there in a short dress with gold embellishments on it. I raise my eyebrow, and she gestures for me to follow her. I sigh but comply, we go through the town to the Lockwood Mansion and I give her a look, "It's Miss Mystic Falls, I can't miss this," she tells me. I roll my eyes, "Don't give me that," she warns walking ahead of me. I walk faster to catch up with her.

"I remember you telling me that you are Miss Mystic Falls from last year," I remind her. "Why do you think I have to be here," she mutters. "How important is it for you to be here," I ask looking at the surrounding forest. "After announcements there is a little down time why," she asks me. "Because I want to take you on a walk," I say innocently. Caroline makes her announcement and then comes back over to me, "Okay, where are we going on a walk," she asks. I hold out my hand and direct her towards the woods.

After a bit of walking we reach an alcove where the sun breaks through the canopy of trees and I turn to Caroline. She gives me a look, "What are we doing here," she asks me. I smirk and kiss her before pushing her against a tree. One thing leads to another and I can feel the bond between us growing stronger. After we get dressed again and she fixes her hair we head back to the party and sit on a bench to talk.

I give her a look, "Nope, that's not happening again," she says when she notices my eye line goes towards the trees again. She shakes her head and takes a sip of the champagne we borrowed. I smirk, "Ever again," I ask seemingly innocent. She gives me a look before sighing, "Not here," she says.
The pageant is almost over so the two of us head back towards our house. Caroline heads upstairs and I follow her, she turns back to me and then enters my bedroom, and we have a repeat of this afternoon. "And here I thought, you were too smart to be seduced by me," I tease. She laughs and looks at me, her eyes turn yellow for a moment and then turn back to their natural color.
The light of the full moon shines through the room as Caroline screams. Anna walks in and tells me that she is experiencing her first turn and I take her outside. After a few moments, a white wolf stands where Caroline was. I look at Anna and she nods, and I begin to shift as well. Under the light of tonight's full moon, two wolves the Alpha and his Luna. Tonight I realize that as an Alpha the only person that I will ever bow to is Caroline, my Luna.
