After we get off the bus, we walk two minutes to Austin's home. He's still talking about childhood memories and we agree to look at some pictures of him as a child.

"I was always the prettiest boy in my class. Ever since I started going to school." Austin explains confidently as we climb up the stairs in the apartment building.

"I never doubted that." I say smiling.

"Yeah, and along came Sammy. Stealing that title from me."

I chuckle. "Shut up." He's making me blush. God, I love this boy so much.

Wait. No. I mean I don't love love him. I like him a lot. I'm in love, but I don't love him. It's far too early for 'I love you's'.

"You spend a lot of time in your head." Austin comments as he opens the door to the apartment.

"What?" I ask him, confused.

He chuckles. "You always stop listening and just stare into the air."

I feel my cheeks flush again. "Oh, sorry."

"You're cute." Austin says, smiling at me.

The flat looks decent. It doesn't smell like cigarettes and alcohol and the curtains aren't drawn closed in every room.

"We cleaned up yesterday." Austin explains when he sees me looking around.

We go to his room and throw our bags on the ground and then Austin pulls me into a big kiss. "I've been wanting to do that since I first saw you today." He whispers.

I can't help the smile. This feels so good and so perfect and I just wanna spend the rest of my life doing nothing but stare into those pretty eyes and kiss those perfect lips.

Austin sits down on his bed. "Did you eat breakfast?" He asks me.

I didn't. But I have an excuse. I ate so much indian food, I'm still full.

"Yeah." I lie.

"Yeah, no, not convincing. Let's make pancakes." He says and gets up.

"But I did." I lie again.

"I don't care. Then we're gonna brunch."

I sigh and follow him into the kitchen.

"Get ready for the best pancakes in the world." He announces as he starts grabbing all the ingredients.

"Seriously? Pancakes?" I ask him.

He turns around, raising his eyebrows. "Don't tell me you don't like pancakes. I don't wanna break up with you, but you'd leave me no other choice." He warns me, smiling.

"I love pancakes." I admit.

"Great." Austin says smiling. "I'm just gonna leave out the eggs, alright?" He asks me.

"Oh, just put in eggs, it's alright. I mean I eat cheese all the time, so I can eat eggs, too." I assure him.

Austin grabs my hand and pulls me to him, kissing me gently. He presses me against the kitchen cabinet, making me moan instantly.

He grabs my thighs and then lifts me up, so I sit on it with my legs on either side of his body. He pulls away from our kiss to smile at me. "You sit here while I cook." He announces and then moves over to where he placed a mixing bowl.

I cross my arms over my chest and pout as he focusses all his attention on our food instead of on me.

"Oh, you're so cute." He says, laughing at me when he spots my face.

It takes Austin five minutes to mix the batter and then he takes out a small pan to make the pancakes.

I watch him heat up the pan on the stove and then put in a few drops of oil before pouring in the batter. He swings the pan around to distribute the batter evenly.
