"Hello?" Austin asks as he picks up his phone.

"Hey. It's me." I say.

"Oh my god. Sammy. We looked at the timestamps." He says excitedly.

"And?" I ask him.

"You were right." He says. "I'm at your place. We believe you. Okay?"

I smile. I feel my eyes begin to water. Finally. That's great. "So? What do the timestamps say?" I ask him.

"You went to the hospital at ten and the google search history is from half past ten to eleven." He explains.

Noah didn't lose time and got straight to creating a story to fake my suicide.

"Yes. I told you so. I told you!" I say, starting to laugh. "Fuck."

"Yeah. Get your ass back home." He says. "We already talked to your mom."

"Uhm. Yeah. I'm four hours away." I say. "I'm talking to Ann. She's the girl that was at court with Noah."

"What?" He asks me surprised. "Wait, what? How did you even find her?"

"I'm here with Dean." I explain. "They're friends."

"Dean?" He asks.

"Yup. Coincident." I say. "Adam and Dean both believed me."

"Sammy. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry we all doubted you." He says.

"Yeah. I'm sorry, too." Caleb blurts into the microphone.

I giggle. "Yeah. Can you help me now? I need the gps data from my phone. Mom tracked it." I say.

"We're on it." Caleb says. "The app shows the gps of the last 24 hours, so we're a tad too late. But the premium app allows us to see all the data, so we're purchasing it right now."

"Adam also tries to get into Noah's laptop with Mina's help." I state.

"Really?" Austin asks me. "So he was the one who broke in?"

"Yeah." I say.

"And? Got in already? Found something?" Carla asks.

I think Austin put his phone on speaker.

"Not yet." I say. "But Adam has the knife. I'm not sure how we can use it as evidence since I could have put blood on it later on." I say.

"Yeah. But how likely is that?" He asks.

"Very likely if I wanna put someone innocent in jail." I say. "He filmed me. I'm just hoping we can find the video on his laptop maybe."

"He filmed you?" Austin asks me.

"Yeah. I also don't get why he'd do that. He took a video of me with his phone and told me to say it was an accident or something. That was right before he took off."

"What a sick bastard." Austin says.

"I don't know." I say. "I have no idea why he took that video. It proves nothing. Just that he was there."

"Do we know how he got into the house?" I ask them.

"No idea. Carla went home around midnight to get clothes for you." Caleb says.

I hear Carla agree.

"Did you leave the door open?" I ask her.

"No, I don't think so, but I honestly don't know. But I opened a window while I went upstairs." She says.

"There. That's it." Austin says. "He must have gotten in like that."

"He probably waited for a chance to bring it back." Caleb adds.
