Carla, Harry and I are just talking on my bed when my bedroom door suddenly swings open once again. Austin, Adam and Dylan are standing in my door, all of them looking surprised to see Carla and Harry here.

Why does my mom think it's okay to let all those people come in without asking me first?

Harry is the first to speak up. "What's going on?" He wants to know.

"We gotta talk. You two need to leave." Austin says determined.

Did my mom just let them in without asking questions? What's going on?

Carla and Harry look between everyone. Carla doesn't even know Dylan.

Fuck. We gotta come up with a good excuse.

Austin looks at me angrily. "I want an explanation why you met up with those two in a gay bar last weekend." He says.

My jaw drops. Fuck. He knows it was a gay club? I left out that detail. "Uhm, well, uh."

"Excuse me? I think Sammy's got more important stuff on his mind right now." Carla says angrily.

I think Adam and Dylan just realized they gotta put on an act.

Adam gasps. "What the hell happened to you? Did someone try to kill you or something?" He asks me.

"Did you two get into a fight?" Dylan asks, obviously acting. He's such a bad actor.

"I could ask you the same thing." I say, looking at his face.

"Please leave." Austin says to Harry and Carla. "Now."

He looks furious. I'm not sure what is acting and what is real.

"Thanks for coming over." I say to Carla and Harry. "We'll talk another time."

They both look super worried. "Austin deserves an explanation. This doesn't concern you two." I say.

They nod and then leave. I just know they'll shittalk the moment they leave the house.

Austin closes the door behind them. We wait until they leave the house, making sure they are gone before talking.

"How did my mom allow you to bring those two in here?" I ask Austin. "What the fuck?"

"She went grocery shopping." Austin says. "She gave me the key and said it's great you have friends over."

Oh. Okay.

Dylan starts chuckling. "Oh fuck. That was close."

Adam bumps his shoulder into him aggressively. "Shut up."

Austin folds his arms over his chest. "I want an explanation of what exactly happened, right now." He says.

He walks over and sits down on the bed next to me. He may be talking harshly, but I can see that his whole body is trembling with nervosity.

I grab his hand and give it a squeeze.

"At the gay club?" Dylan asks.

Adam rolls his eyes and sits down on my desk chair and Dylan sits down on the bed next to me.

"I wanna know what happened to Noah." Austin clarifies.

And that's how we end up telling him everything. How we met up. How I ran off. How I called Dylan's phone. How they didn't notice and only coincidentally saw a flash and noticed Noah's car and then came to aid.

Noah was strangling me and I was barely conscious, so Adam quickly shoved him off me.

Noah was hitting Adam instantly, so Dylan then grabbed a stone and hit Noah's head. Noah pushed Dylan away and Adam managed to turn them over, landing a few punches, but Noah quickly overpowered Adam and punched him back. Adam grabbed the rock and hit his head again.
