Lizzie wakes up to the comforting tingling of fingers running through her hair. Soft muttering sounds and the vibrations shutter through the woman's body to Lizzie's cheeks. It's then followed by a soft patter of fingers against keys.

Lizzie turns her head and settles back down against Lily's chest. Lily is sitting up against the headboard so Lizzie was more so laying on her stomach than her chest, but she can see the laptop on the other side.

"Why are there 50 rolls of bubble wrap in your cart?" Lizzie says with a yawn. She rubs her eyes to focus her vision and finds that her eyes were not playing tricks on her.

"Did you have a good sleep?" Lily asks instead of answering her question.

"Yes," Lizzie answers and cranes her head up. First, she smiles up at the woman of her dreams and puckers her lips. Lily chuckles and happily obliges with the kiss. Second, Lizzie notices the dark circles underneath Lily's eyes. "Did you sleep?"

"A little."

Lizzie frowns. "Is it because you had too much pent up energy from yesterday? I knew I should have done you."

"No," Lily assures her with a shake of her head, "It's not that, I promise. I just got to thinking about babies and our baby. We need to start planning and that means baby-proofing the house."

"Baby, bubble wrap is not going to be 'baby-proofing' our house," Lizzie states.

"We have hard corners," Lily counters.

"The baby won't be running around for a few years," Lizzie counters back. "And we will not be wrapping everything in bubble wrap. What we do need is a crib."

"I bought it on Amazon two hours ago," Lily says.

"Okay, how about baby bottles?"

"Check."

"Baby carriage?"

"Check."

"Pacifier? Blankets? Diapers? Clothes?"

"Check, check, check, and I got gender neutral but fashionable colors," Lily answers.

Lizzie grins, ogling at her wife. "You're going to be the best mom."

Lily, surprised by the comment, blushes and looks away. "I'm going to try my best."

"You won't have to try," Lizzie assures her, tilting Lily's face to meet her eyes. "We're partners. We're going to do it together. Do you think I'm going to be a good mom?"

"Absolutely! You'll have all the #1 mom merchandise," Lily states completely certain of it.

"So even if you don't believe you'll be a good mom, you'll be a great mom just by association," Lizze jokes.

"I'll take it," Lily says, leaning in to kiss her softly.

Smiling into the kiss, Lizzie pulls away. "I want to go shopping. For baby things and for our home." Lily only chuckles in response. "What?"

"You're forgetting our honeymoon," Lily tells her.

"We can skip it," Lizzie dismisses.

"No, we really can't," Lily laughs. "It's expensive and it'll be my last chance to have you all for myself before I have to share."

Lizzie cuddles up into Lily's chest. "You have me, always."

"But I'll be sharing."

"With our baby," Lizzie scolds. "It'll hardly be sharing."

"They're going to want to be carried. They'll cry and whine for hugs. They'll steal my rightfully deserved kisses!"

"You'll always get kisses," Lizzie promises.
