Author's POV. -

"Calm down sweets, will you?" Taehyung said while focusing on the road as he drove them to his parent's house. Eunji was being anxious over nothing and Taehyung couldn't help but chuckle looking at her. He softly intertwined their hands and brought them to his lips to plant a kiss on the back of her hand as she looked at him with her worried eyes. "But what if they don't like me?" Her fear made Taehyung sigh. "If I love you, then there's no doubt my parents won't like you. They'll love you." He tried to assure her for the 10th time while her face was still unsure.

Reaching at the place, Eunji's anxiety was at it's peek. She kept tapping her foot nervously as Taehyung stepped out of the car and came to open the door for her. She looked at him nervously until he held her hand and pulled her out of the car. "Don't you trust me?" He asked while cupping her cheeks and giving her reassuring smile as she returned a small smile. Taehyung pecked her lips and held her hand tightly while guiding her towards the entrance. Even though he was always beside her and reassuring her, she couldn't help but feel nervous that maybe his parents won't like her.

Taehyung rang the bell as Eunji tighten her grip around his hand. He looked at her as his eyes turning soft at her puppy face. The door opened as Mrs. Kim stood on the other side with a neutral expression. "Mom!!" Taehyung left Eunji's hand and proceed to hug his mother but wince in pain when she held his ear tightly. "What mom? This is how much you love your mother? That you don't have a single day to come and visit her, huh?" "Ouch! Ouch! Mom!!" He whine with pain as she pulled his ear while scolding him. Eunji looked at them with her eyes a little wide. "Don't say anything. I know you have a lot of time to meet your father in office, but not me." She let go of his ear as he rubbed it while looking at his mother with puppy eyes. "Mom. I'm soooo sorry." He said while hugging her as she tried to contain her cold expression but failed when he give her cute boxy smile. "I know you love me." He said proudly making her sigh and let out a little giggle as Taehyung smiled along with her. Eunji stood there looking at the beautiful bond of mother and son.

Breaking the hug, Taehyung geld Eunji's hand and pulled her beside him. "Mom, this is Eunji. My girlfriend. You've mate her before." He introduced them as Eunji bowed to his mother with a small smile. Mrs. Kim looked at her up and down as Eunji pressed her palm on her thighs out of anxiety. "Welcome home, dear." Mrs. Kim smiled while pulling her in a warm hug making her stiff for few seconds but then wrapped her hands around Mrs. Kim. Her body relaxed as she hugged her more tightly.

"Took you long enough to brought her home." Mrs. Kim glared at Taehyung as he looked at her and then at Eunji with his slightly widen eyes. "Mom. I mean, I was busy. So..." Taehyung reasoned with a pout making both of them surpass their laughter looking at his cute expression. Mrs. Kim shook her head while taking Eunji inside with her while Taehyung followed them. "Is dad home?" Taehyung asked as they came in the hall. Mrs. Kim pointed towards the garden area. "There." Taehyung smiled and walk towards the garden while Eunji and Mrs. Kim came in the kitchen. "Would you like to have something?" Eunji stop in her track as her eyes went everywhere in the room. Mrs. Kim sensed her nervousness.

"Come here." She made Eunji sit on the chair and took a seat beside her. Taking her hands in her, Mrs. Kim softly brushed Eunji's hair. "You don't have to be so stress. I know we don't know each other that much. But I think we can build a beautiful bond. And looking at you and Taehyung, I know we'll have a sweet relationship too." Her sweet voice and heart touching words made Eunji feel overwhelmed. Her lips stretched in a genuine smile they both smile together. "Now tell me. What do you like to have?" Eunji giggle before nodding her head negatively. "Nothing." They both chat while sitting together as slowly Eunji got comfortable with Mrs. Kim.

"Hey dad." Taehyung smiled and sat beside his father as he turned his head to look at Taehyung. "Oh son. When did you came?" He asked while putting his newspaper down. "Just now. Mom wanted to meet Eunji so I brought her." He said as Mr. Kim went silent making Taehyung starred at his father in distress. "Dad-" "No Tae. Don't worry. I'm not gonna be the villain of your live story. It's just....being in love is a big responsibility. And I hope you're ready to take that responsibility." Taehyung looked at his father who's eyes said so much unspoken words. They never had any serious conversations as Taehyung was never a serious guy. And that's what made Mr. Kim worried that maybe he'll not be able to take this relationship seriously.

Taehyung smile while looking at the flowers blooming in the garden. "You're worried for her, right?" Taehyung asked without looking at his father as Mr. Kim also smiled. "Obviously I am. She's going to be our daughter. I need to make sure that you take good care of her." Taehyung turned his gaze towards his father who was staring at nothing with a small smile on his lips, as his own smile couldn't be hidden.

"Oh, and don't leave her alone with your mother for too long. You know her. She'll bored her." Mr. Kim chuckle making Taehyung frown. "You shouldn't talk about my mom like that." Mr. Kim scoffed while rolling his eyes. "Oh really, Mumma's boy." Taehyung chuckle while turning away as they both laugh st each other.

Time Skip-

While having lunch, everyone sat together and enjoyed the family time. Mr. And Mrs. Kim made sure to make Eunji feel at home and not to made her awkward. Taehyung felt happy seeing his parents and his partner getting along so well. He couldn't help but admire his family, which is now complete.

After the lunch, they bid their goodbye to Taehyung's parents. While driving back, Taehyung noticed the change in Eunji's mood. While going to his parents, she was silent and nervous, but now she was smiling and happy. This made his heart warm with the feeling that now he will definitely have his happily ever after.

"You look more beautiful with that smile." He bluntly said making Eunji to stop smiling and look at him. She giggle while nodding her head. "All thanks to you." Taehyung looked at her as they both made eye contact and smile brightly together, ready to go as long as life goes on. Together and happily.
