A/N: It's my birthday!
And because it's my birthday, I have a gift for you: 11,000 words in this update.
I'm really excited for this chapter, and I have at least one or two more lined up for Zion's birthday. I just have so many ideas to write, and I hope you don't mind hehe. It's Zion's happy era <3.
So, a couple of things to note:
-The timeline of the Miyagiverse currently is in 2019, and other things mentioned are from earlier or later than all of that. So, just go with it.
-Melissa Benoist's dialogue is almost entirely taken from interviews; however, I do not claim to know her or her truth. I'm just going based on what I've seen and heard through my research. I love her to death, and she's an important voice in this chapter.
-I'm back in school so updates will still be slow. I promise I'm always brainstorming, though, and I wish I had more time to write is all.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter. It's leading up to a rekindling of a certain romance.
