Your POV

After Hyde left, you tried to go back to sleep. The part of the bed where he was laying was still warm. But it didn't seem to help any. You tossed and turned for a while with no luck. You soon started having visions of Hyde and Adrien fighting. You thought it was just your mind trying to make you worry since you couldn't sleep. But you don't get these types of visions often. It has to mean something. Perhaps Adrien was going to attack Hyde, when all they're supposed to do is talk. That had to be it. You have to warn Hyde. You grabbed your phone and attempted to call Hyde, but his phone was turned off. You started to panic. Hyde didn't say where he was meeting Adrien. Maybe Ken told Yume something. You jumped out of bed and raced to Yume's room. "Yume we have to go find the boys! I think Adrien is going to attack Hyde" you told her urgently. Yume was startled and almost fell out of bed. "Huh? What do you mean? They just went to talk. That's what Ken told me" Yume said while rubbing her eyes. "I know that. But I keep seeing visions of them fighting. Hyde's not picking up his phone either. We have to go before something bad happens. Did Ken tell you where they were going?" you asked her, hoping for an answer. Yume took a minute to reply, being half asleep. "No he didn't but I think I know a way I can find out" she said while taking out our phone. What could it be? "I told Ken to share his location with me if he went anywhere without me.You know, just in case he got lost. I'm hoping he forgot to turn it off" she said, scrolling through her phone. You waited patiently for a response. "They're at the park by the movie theater. Maybe you are right. Shady sh*t always happens at that park. Let's throw on some clothes and get going ASAP!" Yume started to rush you but for good reason. You threw on the first shirt and bottoms you could grab and bolted out the door with Yume.

The two of you raced to the park, every second counted. But as you got there, you saw it was two late. Hyde and Adrien were already fighting. Why was the rest of the band just watching? Did Hyde tell them to back off? Most likely. Whether or not this was destiny for them to fight, no matter what a novel said, you still wanted them to stop. "Stop it! Both of you!" you yelled as you approached the area. Everyone turned around shocked, even Hyde and Adrien came to a halt. You didn't stop running, you were gonna pass the rest of the band to go to Hyde, but Yukihiro grabbed you and pulled you back. "I know you don't like this, but this has to happen. You can't stop them from fighting for you" Yukihiro told you. Why did he stop you? Was it to protect you from getting hurt if you went too close? "I thought you said she was at home asleep" Adrien was talking to Hyde. "I came here by my own will. I had a vision of you two fighting and I knew I had to come" you answered Adrien. Certainly your presence here would stop the fight. You could tell both of them were thrown off. It was silent, no one said anything. "Please don't fight! For my sake" you tried to plead with Hyde and Adrien. It might be a useless attempt and you knew what you said wouldn't matter, but you had to try. "You cannot stop this, my angel. I'm sorry. Even if your cries break my heart. I rather suffer for a moment than lose you forever" Hyde spoke to you. You couldn't really say anything after that. You knew he had to do this or he would lose you. You didn't want to lose him either.

"Yukihiro. Please take her back home for me. I don't want her seeing what happens next" Hyde requested. No. You can't leave! Even if seeing them fight did tear your heart in shreds, you needed to be here. "Don't listen to him. I know I shouldn't have come but it isn't more important that I remain here close to him" you begged Yukihrio. You could see he was thinking about it. Who was right? You'd have a hard time deciding if you were him. To save your eyes from seeing the blood of your lover being spilled or to remain just so you could be close enough to him. "She came, despite knowing what she could see. She should stay" Yukihiro chose. You were thankful he agreed with you. Hyde, of course, wasn't happy. He had something more important to do, so he had no time to complain. He sighed and then turned to face Adrien.

Hyde's POV

I wasn't expecting (y

) to find out about this and show up. None of us were. But if she chose to come, she did so to see me, even if in a painful way. I have to be stronger. Try harder. I knew this first part of the fight was just Adrien and I testing each other's strength. This next phase would be the real fight. Blood would be drawn and it would only end with someone dying. I looked at Adrien, signaling I was ready to continue. In a blink of an eye, Adrien swung at me. He certainly changed his demeanor and became more aggressive. But so did I. Both of us kicked our vampire instinct in gear and began swinging at each other blindly. I'd take a hit but immediately retaliate and hit him back. This went on for some time, until Adrien punched me a few times in the face. I stumbled back feeling dizzy and trying to recover as quickly as I could. I remembered tasting blood and thinking about how we were going to kill each other just by using our fists alone. It is possible to beat someone to death, perhaps that was the route we were going.

I was able to catch my breath for a moment and stand straight again. But that was the only time Adrien let me have before he pinned me on the ground. He tried to grab me by the throat. I fought to stop him. He eventually pulled his hand back and reached for something in his back pocket. I took the chance to try to push him off, but he held his position firmly. I saw a glint of a blade, Adrien had brought a knife with him. That's how he was going to end me. With power he swung down with the knife but I caught him before the blade could get too close. I never felt a surge of fear so strong before. It really started to kick in, he really was out to kill me. I was terrified. I somehow managed to use my strength and divert the knife away from me and into the ground. I slipped out from under Adrien so I could regain some energy. Pulling that off was harder than I assumed it would be. It really drained me. Adrien stood up to face me, putting the knife away again. I guess he only wanted to use it for the final blow. Not that the thought made the fight any more bearable or less terrifying.
