Third person pov

kleptomania is a impulse control disorder that results in an irresistible urge to steal. Atsushi didn't even know this disorder existed, it's not a known disorder so many people don't know about it. atsushi couldn't help it, he didn't want to steal from his friends but it was just urge and he couldn't deny it. It was easy to hide at first, no one noticed things going missing because it was only small things but soon it got worse. Everyone started to notice things going missing but they didn't know who was taking it and ranpo couldn't figure it out because he had no evidence.

It was like a addiction and atsushi couldn't stopped at all. Atsushi couldn't stopped stealing things, it was getting out of hand, and atsushi couldn't take it anymore so he broke down and started to cry. Kyouka obviously heard the cries and she went to check on atsushi. "Atsushi? What wrong?" Kyouka softly said as she pulled atsushi into a hug, atsushi just cried on her shoulder. "I'm sorry! I really try to stop but I just can't!" Atsushi said, between sobs, kyouka was confused, she didn't understand why atsushi was crying but soon she would understand.

"I'm the one who's been stealing things..I can't help it!" Atsushi said, kyouka was shocked to hear this, she didn't think atsushi would actually steal, atsushi was a sweet and kind person, it made no sense. "It like a urge..I can't stop..I want to stop!" Atsushi said, kyouka just keep comforting atsushi though, she would help atsushi, no matter what. "I'll help you, atsushi..but you need to calm down." Kyouka softly said as she started to rub atsushi back, atsushi just kept on crying for a while but slowly he did start to calm down.

"I'll call ranpo..he smart so he should have have an idea about this." Kyouka said, atsushi just nodded, he just looked down, atsushi felt terrible and kyouka hates seeing atsushi like that. Ranpo actually picked up the phone and after explaining, he said he would be there in the in a few minutes. "I'm here!" Ranpo said as he walked into kyouka and atsushi dorm, atsushi didn't dare to look at ranpo. "Atsushi, I needed you to explain it.." Ranpo suddenly said, ranpo was acting serious, atsushi just sighed though and he started to explain it all.

"I believe this would be kleptomania, it a impulse control disorder that results in an irresistible urge to steal." Ranpo explained, kyouka just nodded as she stare at atsushi, atsushi just say nothing. "I'm not mad at you atsushi, and I'm sure the others won't be mad." Ranpo said, kyouka just nodded in agreement, atsushi just stay silent. "there's really no treatment for this though, therapy could help and antidepressant could also help but you shouldn't be on those unless it's absolutely necessary." Ranpo said, there was really no cure for this but people do go to therapy or they use antidepressants.

"you should probably talk to yosano about this, she is a doctor." Ranpo suddenly said, atsushi honestly just wanted to curl up in a ball and die. "I just..don't want the other to mad or disappointed in me." Atsushi whisper, atsushi didn't want to kick out of this, ranpo just sighed, he was never good with feeling so he didn't know what to do and kyouka just slowly rub atsushi back again. "I'll be there the whole time atsushi, you won't be alone." Kyouka softly said, atsushi just sighed, be couldn't avoid this, he needed help.

So atsushi decided to talk to yosano about this problem, and kyouka was with atsushi the whole time. "Yosano, we needed to talk about something." Kyouka softly said as she hold atsushi hand and atsushi just looked down, he didn't dare to stare at everyone, ranpo just stare at the other. Yosano knew it was serious by the look of it so she slowly let kyouka and atsushi walk into her office and kyouka started to explain everything. "I'm so sorry.." Atsushi said, yosano wasn't mad at all, so she went to hug atsushi. "I'm not mad." Yosano softly said, atsushi just nodded again, he still felt bad though.

"As ranpo say, there's no treatment for this but therapy can help and antidepressant but we won't put you on those unless it's absolutely necessary." yosano explained as she writes everything down, she actually heard of it, she does research on disorders but she's never seen it in person so this was the first for her. "I can get into contact with a therapist that specializes in this and I will tell the president about this as well." Yosano slowly explained, atsushi was getting nervous again, he didn't know how the president would react to this, atsushi didn't want to be fired.

After explaining it to the president, he was also not mad at atsushi. "I'm not mad." Fukuzawa said, atsushi just nodded as he try not to cry again, everyone else was just wondering what was going on, ranpo, kyouka and yosano didn't tell them shit. "What going on?" Tanizaki slowly asked, atsushi just looked away, he was obviously going to have to tell them but he just didn't want to. "I'm the one who been stealing things.." Atsushi slowly said, everyone else looked shocked to hear that.

"Atsushi has a disorder called kleptomania, a impulse control disorder that results in an irresistible urge to steal." Yosano explained, everyone else was shocked but they weren't mad about it because it was impulse control. "Atsushi didn't want you guys to be mad." Kyouka said, kunikida just sighed. "we're not mad at all." Kunikida softly said, everyone just nodded in agreement, atsushi looked happy to hear that.

Soon atsushi started therapy and it has helped a lot, he's rarely stealing now and everyone is supporting him.
