I found out from Hermione that Harry had a trial because he used magic outside of hogwarts. But it was to get ride of a dementor. Which I don't understand why they even had a trial. I mean I get that it was because he used magic but it was to save his and his cousins life.

"Have a good year," said Narcissa smiling at us

"Thank you," I smiled back seeing a black dog. I knew it was Sirius Black as I got a video message from Hermione from him stating by what he has heard from my friends that I am nothing like my mother and if no one had said anything to me. He is proud of the person I am.

I got onto the train with help from Mattheo. We headed to the compartment. Midnight was sleeping in my hoodie pocket as always. I got to the compartment and scooped Midnight out of my pocket placing her on the bench sleeping.

"Lorenzo Prefect duty," I told him

"Oooh I think the power is getting to Y/n!" teased Theodore

I flicked his head,"Shut the fuck up Theo. It's our job to get assignments from the Head Boy and Girl and walked through the corridors,"

I headed out of the compartment and down the corridor. Lorenzo ran up to me,"You okay?"

"Just didn't sleep well," I shurgged,"Mattheo was up half the night screaming at his video games,"

He nodded as we got to the prefects compartment. I saw Hermione and Ron for Gryffindor. Ernie Macmillan and Hannah Abbott from Hufflepuff. Anthony Goldstein and Padma Patil from Ravenclaw showed up after us.

"Hey Mione," I smiled

"Hey Y/n/n," she smiled,"How are you doing?"

"I am doing just fine. How is Harry?" I asked

"He is struggling but he'll be fine," she nodded

"Alright," said Tom sternly looking up from Evanglia

I headed back to Lorenzo,"Gryffindors Prefects please run through Gryffindor compartments and if you see anything say something to them and if they don't listen. Come to me," said Angelina looking at them

"Ravenclaw do the same," said the Ravenclaw Headboy

"Hufflepuff you as well," said Hufflepuff Head girl

"Slytherin you do the same but figure it out and not come on me," said Tom

"If you need anything though Y/n, Lorenzo, just ask," said Evanglia smiling at us

Lorenzo and I headed out to Slytherin compartments. We walked through for a little while,"So what are you we going to do?" asked Lorenzo

I turned around,"What do you mean?"

"I mean we are all alone. Everyone is behaving so what are we going to do?" he grabbed the hoop in my jeans pulling me closer to him

"Tonight," I whispered,"Behave now and if you are a good boy something might happen," I nipped his ear lobe

I walked away to our friends. I sat down cuddling with Midnight who was still asleep even with the craziness of my friends.

"Wheres Lorenzo?" asked Theodore

"He had to deal with a problem," I explained

"Problem?" Daphne raised an eyebrow

"Problem with first year students," said Lorenzo walking in

I nodded as he sat across from me. I looked down petting Midnights ears as she purred in my lap. After a little while I ended up falling asleep.

"Y/n wake up we gotta change," said Pansy
