⬩POURING⬩

Rain poured on the window of the train as I leaned against it with Lorenzo laying on my stomach as my feet across his legs. I rubbed his hair as the music in my ears played. My friends were all talking or sleeping as the train moved on. Theodore would be staying at the Berkshire manor.

In just 9 days I'll be married off. Tom couldn't find any way out of it for me. He spent so many nights staying awake to try to get me out of this, but he couldn't.

As the fields turned into houses was turned into city buildings, I knew we were close to getting to the station. I woke up Lorenzo, who mumbled something and squeezing my waist before sitting up fully. I grabbed my trunk and midnight and held them as we made our way through the bustling Train compartments.

Lorenzo helped me down from the train and I kissed him heavily as we said goodbye to our friends for the break. I hugged him tightly because I didn't want to let go.

"I'll see you at New Year's," he smiled at me

" I'll see you then handsome," I said, taking in the way his crooked smile always makes my stomach flutter

He pulled on my curl making me smile. Mattheo dragged me back from our hug and to Narcissa. She talked with Draco who has been silent lately. We grabbed her hand and apparated. I looked at the grand entrance with the large staircase.

Narcissa grabbed my hand as Mattheo and Draco walked off. She pulled me into the office and locked the door, "Okay so Christopher is very ill. His heart is struggling right now. So, I am working on brewing a potion that is untraceable that you can slip into his drink,"

"What?"

"You really thought I'd let you be married to that man for long?" She smirked raising her eyebrows, "Now it will take me a few months so hopefully by summer it will be ready. But I need time. I need you to do everything he asks of you. Don't make him angry. Continue taking the birth control pills even if he says not to," she said quickly, "If he gets physical you need to remain calm. Don't let him take the fire from you. Don't let him change you,"

I pulled her into a hug and melted into her. I know she doesn't want this for me. She brought me back, "Now we have to finalize wedding prep. I have done almost everything,"

I nodded and she brought me to the dining room where Mr. Nott, mother, father, Tom and Rudolphus Lestrange stood.

"Hello child," said Rudolphus.

I grunted sneering at him- thats the first time I have ever heard him speak. I crossed my arms as Christopher Nott walked up. He grabbed my chin forcibly making me look up at him.

He hummed, "Hair will need to change Y/n. I don't do curls or brown hair,"

"Funny how your son has brown hair. Do you hit him because of it?" I snarked

He glared at me and grabbed my chin tighter, "Watch your tone,"

I glared at him. I made my skin too hot to touch making him pull back his hand. I looked to Tom how was anger as his fist closed into a ball. The door opened and I turned my head to see Evangelia walking in, "I apologize that I am late. Yaxley ran a meeting late," she looked at me and nodded before going to Tom and standing beside him linking their pinkies.

"We allow the girls to get Y/ns dress ready?" Said Father

The men left the room. Mother started to walk towards me. She grabbed my hair making me lean back with a groan, "You need to learn to respect your husband," her breathe smelled horribly, "I didn't raise you to be like this,"

"You didn't raise me at all," I shoved her off making her stumble back. Narcissa pushed us apart even more

"Why don't we get started," she spoke as mother walked out of the room.

Next thing I know I am in the dress which is God ugly. The top was seen through showing off my breast while the bottom of the dress looked as though I was stuffed into a huge balloon. Mr. Nott had chosen it.

"So, who would be there?" I asked

"Just our family and him. He didn't want his son there," said Narcissa

I nodded, "So Draco and Mattheo will be there?" I asked

"Yes," said Evangelia

"Fuck," I whispered

"Did you not tell them?" Narcissa spoke

"No. I didn't tell any of my friends. I couldn't face seeing their faces. They would all be upset," I muttered

"Oh Y/n," said Narcissa as the door opened.

I turned my head to see Mattheo walking in angrily, "Is what Mr. Nott saying true?" He said loudly. I didn't respond, "Is it? Is Mr. Nott going to be my fucking brother-in-law!" He yelled at me making me jump as tears filled my eyes. Tom came in as well wide eye at the dress.

"Yes, "I fell to the ground as the white dress laid out, "I don't want to, but I have to,"

"Tell him no!" Said Mattheo. Evangelina hugged me tightly as I sobbed. 

"She can't," said Tom," If she doesn't go through with it, he will kill us and your friends," Tom walked to Mattheo then to me. He knelt down as I cried into my hands. He managed to shove the dress out of the way before hugging me tightly. I felt him look up as my sobs quieted in his shoulder, "Did you think of anything?" He asked Narcissa

"Yes, and I will need your help for it," said Narcissa

"Does Lorenzo know?" Asked Mattheo

I shook my head, "I couldn't bring myself to. I love him, Mattheo. I want-wanted a future with him. Now that won't be for a while," I muttered.

Tom let go and helped me up so Evangelia could finish up. Mattheo grabbed a vase of flowers and threw it at a wall.

"Don't tell him. I'm sending him a letter," I muttered

"A LETTER!? Y/n you can't break up with him over a letter. That's not right!"

"I KNOW! BUT EVERY-TIME I SEE HIM I CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO BECAUSE MY HEART FUCKING BELONGS TO HIM," I yelled at my twin as I picked up my dress to go to him, "Don't tell any of our friends about this. Not until I do,"

"Why?"

"You know how bad Theo father is. I don't want them to worry,"

"Of course they will worry. What will happen when you start showing up to school with a black eye and bruises on your face? How are you explaining those?" He asked me

"I don't know. But I don't want them to worry about me. I can handle myself,"

"You're not alone in this. I refuse to leave you alone in this marriage. Hell, if I needed to come every single day to make sure you're okay I will," he stuttered out.

"I know,"

After the dress was finished, I went up to my room locking myself inside. I picked up Midnight and held her close as I curled into a ball on my bed sobbing.

I must have fallen asleep because when I woke up it was dark outside. There was a knock on my door, and I sat up wiping my eyes clean. I looked at my phone to see my face clean

"Come in," I said with a shaking voice

The door opened and I looked at Uncle Lucius,"Lucius!" I gasped standing up

He walked to me as I stood up. He grabbed my arms, "I just found out," he spoke quietly, "Your aunt told you we didn't want this correct?"

"Yes. She is trying to get me out of it," I nodded

"I will try to buy as many slots as possible?"

"Slots?" I asked confused

"You'll see Y/n. For now, rest, I am going to check on Draco," he told me.

I nodded as he walked out of my room. If Lucius is home. Then Mr. Berkshire is too. I looked at my phone to see Lorenzo texted me that his dad was back, and his mom is not happy about it but is trying to seem alright. Theodore and he have been in his room all night with Lauryn playing Minecraft staying far away from him as possible. Unfortunately, Cornfoot was released, and I can't hurt him to get my anger out.
