I messed up Mattheos hair as we walked through the Leaky Cauldron. I held up two of my fingers to Tom the bartender. He nodded as people were talking and it was busy just like a few years ago. We got our butterbeers to go and headed to Ollivander's.
"We should have gotten our first wands together," said Mattheo
"Yeah but our mother hated me and without Narcissa we wouldn't anyways. Besides better late then never," I nudged his shoulder as I looked at the Diagon alley thriving as kids ran down the street. Adults in groups talking and laughing. Shop owners opening their shops again and letting in costumers.
"Oh to be little again and have no worry in the world," said Mattheo wrapping his arm around my shoulder
"Oh I had a lot on my mind that age," I laughed
"Yeah. How to grow,"
I smiled slapping his head as I spun around looking at everything. We headed inside to Ollivander as the bell above us rang out. I looked at all the boxes along the walls and shelves all stacked on top of each other messily. Mr. Ollivander came from behind one of the shelves, "Ah I wondered when I'd be seeing you two again," he smiled politely," Ms. Riddle I never got to thank you for making sure I was okay during the time at the Malfoy manor,"
"Of course, sir," I nodded. Every time I was at the Nott Manor. I always snuck away with home cooked meals for everyone in the dungeons and healed their injures.
"Two wands I presume?" he looked at us
"Yes sir," said Mattheo nodding
Ollivander tapped his finger to his chin turning and scanning the isles. He walked and grabbed two wand boxes before walking back to us. Mattheo picked the wand up waving it like an idiot. I wonder if he was like this when he got his first wand. I grabbed my looking at my brother,"Accio vase," I waved it gently. The vase moved slightly but didn't come.
I set the wand down as Mattheo did. Ollivander grabbed a few other wands. I picked the wand up examining it. I waved my hand as fire wrapped around it.

It was similar to my old wand but instead of black design on just the handle. It has gold around it. I really like how pretty my wand is.
"10 3/4 inch. Mahogany and Pheonix feather. Similar to your old wand. 11 inch. Pine Wood. Pheonix Feather," said Ollivander as Mattheo found his wand.
