Lucius, Mr.Berkshire and a few more people were sent to jail as a result in the Ministry fight. Sirius Black after a trail was set free from azkaban. Apparently there was zero evidence that Sirius 'killed' Peter Pettigrew. 

"What do you mean you won't be able to text us over the summer?" asked Pansy

"I mean I won't have any of my belongings," I explained not really caring to pack any of my stuff up since I won't have it anyways.

"Why not?" asked Theodore looking at my canvases with paintings

I explained what happened and why I am no longer going to have any of my belongings or why I won't be living at the Malfoy manor anymore.

"This is bullshit!" said Astoria

"Language," said Daphne

"Your one to talk," said Mattheo looking at Daphne

"Fuck off," Daphne rolled her eyes

I waved my wand and all of my stuff that I didn't need went into the large and medium trunks while my stuff that I could have went into my small trunk. I shrunk my medium trunk and put it into the large one.

I petted Midnight as I won't see her all summer long. I felt arms around my waist and a head on my shoulder,"How are you going to get your paints or drawing stuff?" asked Lauryn

"I'll get a job to pay for anything I need," I looked at Midnight

"But you're only 16. How can you get a job?" asked Blaise

"Muggles can get jobs at 16. Even at the earliest 15. Besides there is a pizza shop in Heathgate that I used to work at to earn money. I bet if I ask the owner she will let me," I explained as the announcement came

'ALL HOGWART STUDENTS PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE CARRIAGES!'

I sighed and got up from my bed. I placed Midnight on my shoulder and grabbed my trunks and bag. I walked out of the room and down with my friends who all ran to grab their trunks. We met up in the common room and I saw Jorge with some of his friends, "See you after the train ride," I called

"Okay Y/n/n," he nodded. I knew he was excited for me to return to the orphanage but sad that I had to leave my family.

I walked beside Mattheo as Tom came up to us,"I hope that you will be at the Malfoy Manor soon," Tom spoke before walking to Evangelia

"What?" I looked at Mattheo

"Who knows," he shrugged

We walked to the carriages. I noticed a Hufflepuff head boy. I felt an arm around my waist pulling a me back, "We got the next one," smirked Lorenzo

Mattheo glared at us as Draco shoved him forward. I smiled and kissed Lorenzo's jaw. We got onto the carriage. Lorenzo buried his face into my neck nibbling and sucking on it as other joined, "Hey Y/n. Hey Lorenzo,"

I turned my head to see Hermione, "Hi Mione," I smiled

"I know it sucks but I am kind of glad you'll be back in heathgate. We get to hangout this summer," she smiled

"That's one of the better things about Heathgate. It will just suck without my phone or my paints. I have to earn money to buy more paints," I sighed

"Don't worry. I am guessing the people that missed you at Heathgate will donate," she smiled

"Yup," I gasped as Lorenzo bit my neck

"Stop sucking on Y/n Berkshire," said Ron disgusted
