I headed down the stairs tired as I spent most of the night trying to figure out what to do for Snapes assignment. I walked into the kitchen seeing Tom leaning on the liquor cabinet, "Morning and Happy Birthday," he smirked at me

"Morning. Thank you," I nodded feeling happy I am officially 16. Only one more year until I can do magic outside of school. I started making myself some toast and jam. I turned around to see him looking at his phone texting someone

"What are your plans for today?" he asked me to look from his phone for a moment

"Nothing really. Unless Narcissa and Lucius have something. I was going to paint or work on an assignment," I shrugged before taking a bite of my toast.

"Well, you and Mattheo are 16 so our aunt and uncle have to have planned something," Tom shrugged

Speaking of Narcissa and Lucius; they had walked into the kitchen, "Please head upstairs to your rooms children. I have a meeting coming here in about 10 minutes," Lucius looked at us

Tom and I nodded. I grabbed my toast and coffee before following Tom out. I headed up to my room and finished my food before trying to decide what I needed to do. I heard car doors being shut from the front and the sound of floo powder going off.

I grabbed my homework from Snape and sat at my desk reading the potion carefully. I began to start on it again.

I felt my hands around my eyes as I was trying to work on a homework assignment Snape assigned for Potions, "Hey!" I tried to get the hands off my eyes

"Stop fighting me Y/n," said Draco

"I am trying to do my homework, ferret boy!" I groaned as he guided me up from my chair

"Not on your birthday nerd," he wrapped a bandana around my eyes before holding my arm.

He pulled me out of my room by my arm, "I better not run into anything Draco," I scolded him

He brought me to the stairs as I heard Mattheo fighting against Tom," Are you planning on murdering me Tom!" Mattheo screeched trying to get away from our brother as I heard running

I felt something or someone hit me knocking me down the stairs," Y/N!" said Draco. I felt my limps hitting each stair as I fell down. I heard Mattheo groaning on the way down as well. I groaned laying on the ground.

"I told you to fetch them not to make them hurt each other," scolded Narcissa. I heard the sound of her walking up to us

"That hurt," I groaned pushing Mattheo legs off me

"You're one to talk!" Mattheo groaned beside me

"You ran into me the flip does you mean! "I slapped his shoulder as I knew people were around us by their laughs and whispers. I felt him slap my head and I punch his arm

"Why am I blind folded?" Mattheo questioned after a rustling sound

"Because there is a surprise for you and Y/n," said a voice that sounded like Tom to my right

"What would that be?" snarked Mattheo on my left as his hand smacked my shoulder from talking

I hit his ribs in return. Someone turned me around as Mattheo hit my shoulder again. The bandana was taken off of me and I blinked getting used to the light again as it rushed in, "Surprise!"

Once my eyes adjusted, I saw our friends along with many other people around the living room. The girls raced to me hugging me tightly. I hugged them all as they wished me a happy Birthday. The boys went to Mattheo

"Thank you," I smiled after hugging Lauryn.

Theodore and Blaise messed up my hair making me glare at them flicking their heads. Lorenzo hugged me tightly, "Happy Birthday Amour," he kissed my cheek
