I laid looking up at the ceiling as my mind raced a million miles a minute but thinking of nothing particular. Midnight laid on my chest giving me comfort. The sun began to rise as my door slammed open. Mattheo and Draco ran into the room. Somethings never change. 

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" yelled Draco slamming a pillow onto my stomach before I could even think

I laughed sitting up, "Its been six years since you've been doing this!" Though this year I am grateful because I might not get another chance of this again.  

"And we will do this for however long we can," said Mattheo as I got up out of bed. I adjusted Lorenzo shirt over my shorts. Fixed my hair into a bun as I walked with my brother and cousin. We headed downstairs to see Lucius, Narcissa, Tom and Evangelia sitting on the couch. Bellatrix was beside the mantal with arms crossed. 

"Good morning children," 

"Morning Mother," said Draco yawning

"Morning Aunt Narcissa," 

"Good morning Mama Cissa," I smiled at her sitting down on a chair as the boys took the floor. Tom handed me a coffee, "Does this have whiskey in it?" I question him

"No just drink it," 

I took a sip hesitantly as Draco and Mattheo passed out on presents. Bellatrix was scoffing on the side of the room, "Got something to say?" I raised an eyebrow at her 

"Youre all too old for presents," 

"And you can be less of a bitch, but you still are a major one," I shot back glaring at her as she scoffed walking out of the room. 

"Language Y/n," Narcissa winked 

We began opening presents. I got a few new clothes and shoes. I had gotten paint canvases and some adult coloring books. Narcissa got me some lipsticks, lip glosses and some blushes. Lucius had gotten me a bracelet that was plain other than the charm heart in the middle. Tom had gotten me a new book series. Evangelia got me a plushy of an angry turtle which was funny. Mattheo got me a bunch of candies and a gift certificate to the bookstore. Draco got me a gift certicate to the nail salon. 

Hermione got me a book filled with pictures of us growing up. The ends of the book was empty as she had a note, 'For the rest of our lives'

Pansy made me an earring with fire sparkling from them. Daphne got me a candle holder for my dorm. Tracey got me a few hair clips to hold my hair up. Astoria got me a charm for my bag that was a bunny rabbit. Luna got me book about Nargles. Ginny got me a couple of sweets. Lauryn got me a camera that prints out photos right away.

Theodore got me weed. I quickly hid it from my aunt and Uncle. Blaise got me a charm for my charm bracelet he gave me last year. The charm was a fire.

Mrs. Weasley got me a green sweater with my initial on the front with a tin of fudge. Fred and George as always got me prank stuff.

I opened Lorenzos gift to see a locket with his first inital on it. I opened it up to see a photo of us and him,

I blushed at the photos as I placed the necklace on. I thanked my family for the gifts. Narcissa smiled at me,"I'll start on breakfast," 

I headed upstairs with my items placing them on my bed before texting Lorenzo thanking him for the necklace.

I think I am. Narcissa is making Breakfast so I'll be free after that.

I turned off my phone before going to get dressed. I got into jeans and a baggy shirt. I did my hair and a light amount of makeup before heading back downstairs to the kitchen. I peaked inside seeing no one but Narcissa. I walked up to her,"So you said you think you'd have the thing by summertime?" 

She nodded, "I think so. But I don't want you to make him mad at all. Just ride the waves and listen to him. Don't fight back," 

I nodded,"I have a question," 

"Whats up?" she narrowed her eyebrows confused

"Can I go see Lorenzo later?" 

"No need to ask," she smiled at me

I sat on the counter, and we started to gossip about all the things happening at school. The boys walked in, and Evangelina joined us. I laughed with them feeling like nothing could ruin this moment. The last few days of peace before my world is flipped upside down.
