As I stood chatting with my friends Connie, Julie, and my brother Charlie, I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist and a head rest on my shoulder. I knew immediately that it was Adam, my boyfriend, and I couldn't help but smile.

"Hey there," I said, turning my head slightly to look at him.

"Hey beautiful," he replied, his voice low and husky. "I missed you."

"I missed you too," I said, turning fully in his arms and hugging him tightly. His arms around my waist felt warm and comforting, and I couldn't help but feel safe and loved.

As we pulled away from the hug, Adam looked at me with those gorgeous blue eyes of his and leaned in for a soft kiss. It felt like electricity shooting through my body, and I leaned back against the lockers, lost in the moment.

We held each other close for a few more moments, just enjoying each other's company before the bell rang, signaling the start of class.

"I have to go," I said reluctantly, not wanting to leave his embrace.

"I'll walk you to class," he said, taking my hand and leading me down the hallway.

As we walked, we talked about our plans for the weekend, our dreams for the future, and everything in between. I couldn't help but feel like he was my soulmate, someone who truly understood me and loved me for who I was.

When we reached my classroom, I turned to face him and hugged him tightly, not wanting to let go.

"I love you," I said, looking up into his eyes.

"I love you too," he replied, leaning in for another kiss. "Have a great day, beautiful."

I smiled, feeling my heart swell with love. "You too," I said, before turning to head into class.
