Navy Reed couldn't believe she was walking hand in hand with Dean Portman. They were both playing for the hockey team of the USA in the  junior goodwill games, and although they had only been together for a few months, they couldn't keep their hands off each other. However, Dean was not one for mushy displays of affection in front of their teammates, so they kept their affectionate moments private.

As they walked through the city streets, Navy couldn't help but feel a little intimidated by Dean's punk rock persona- the tattoos, the piercings, the leather jacket. She, on the other hand, preferred light pastels and whites, but she found herself drawn to Dean's edgy style. It was like they were two sides of the same coin.

They strolled through the city, stopping at small shops and cafes. They laughed and chatted about everything and anything. They had always felt comfortable around each other, and their conversations always flowed with ease.

Suddenly, Dean stopped in front of a tattoo parlor. Navy's heart skipped a beat as she looked at Dean with a quizzical look.

"You're not serious, are you?" she asked, a hint of nervousness in her voice.

"Of course, I am," Dean replied with a grin, "We've been talking about getting matching tattoos for months now."

Navy's heart raced as she thought about the permanent ink on her skin, but Dean's excitement was contagious. They walked into the parlor, and Dean began to discuss the design with the tattoo artist. Navy watched in amazement as the artist began to sketch their design.

As the artist prepared the needles, Navy's hands began to shake, and she felt her heart pounding in her chest. Dean noticed her nervousness and took her hand in his.

"Don't worry, baby, I've got you," Dean whispered, rubbing Navy's thigh to try to calm her down.

Navy took a deep breath as the artist began to tattoo her wrist. The pain was intense, and tears began to fall down her cheeks. But Dean never let go of her hand and whispered sweet nothings in her ear.

Finally, the tattoo was complete, and Navy looked down at her wrist with a smile on her face. It was a simple design, a small heart encircled by a semicolon. Dean had the same design on his wrist, and they both knew the significance of it. It was a symbol of their love and their commitment to each other.

"I love it," Navy whispered, looking up at Dean with tears in her eyes.

"I knew you would," Dean replied, pulling her into a tight embrace.

Later that night, they hung out in Fulton and Dean's dorm room with the rest of the team. When everyone left, Fulton went to bed, and Navy laid down on Dean's bed, cuddling into him.

"I love you, Navy Reed," Dean whispered, playing with her hair.

"I love you too, Dean Portman," Navy replied, looking up into his eyes.

They shared a passionate kiss, and Navy knew that no matter what challenges they faced, they would always have each other. They cuddled into each other, talking about their future together and all the adventures they would have. As they drifted off to sleep, Navy felt content in the knowledge that she had found her soulmate in Dean.

The next morning, Navy woke up with Dean's arm draped over her waist. She smiled and snuggled into him, feeling safe and loved. As they lay there, they talked about their plans for the day, which included exploring the city and trying out some of the local cuisine.

Navy got ready for the day, putting on a cute sundress and sandals. Dean, ever the rebel, chose his ripped jeans and a graphic tee. They held hands as they walked through the busy city streets, taking in the sights and sounds around them.

As they walked, they stumbled upon a small outdoor market filled with vendors selling handmade jewelry, pottery, and local artwork. Navy's eyes lit up as she browsed the stalls, admiring the intricate designs and vibrant colors.

Dean watched her with amusement, knowing how much she loved all things handmade. He even bought her a beautiful beaded bracelet that caught her eye, and she beamed with joy as she put it on her wrist.

Next on their list was lunch, and they decided on a small outdoor bistro that served delicious sandwiches and salads. As they ate, they talked about their future together, dreaming of all the places they would travel and the adventures they would have.

Suddenly, the conversation turned to finances, and they began discussing their plans for saving money and investing in their future. Dean mentioned some online resources he had found that helped with budgeting and investing, and Navy listened attentively, impressed by his knowledge.

"You're pretty smart, Dean," Navy said, smiling at him.

Dean grinned back at her, "Well, I have my moments."

As they finished their lunch, they decided to take a walk through the park. They strolled hand in hand, enjoying the warm sun on their faces. Navy couldn't help but feel grateful for Dean's presence in her life. He was her rock, her best friend, and her soulmate all wrapped into one.

As they sat on a bench, watching children play on the playground, Navy turned to Dean and said, "Do you ever think about our future?"

"All the time," Dean replied, looking into her eyes.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you," Navy said, feeling a lump in her throat.

"I feel the same way," Dean replied, taking her hand in his.

They sat there for a while longer, lost in their thoughts and dreams. Eventually, they got up and continued their walk through the park, feeling more in love than ever before.

As the sun began to set, they made their way back to their hotel. They spent the evening curled up on the couch, watching a movie and snacking on popcorn. As Navy fell asleep in Dean's arms, she knew that she had found her forever in him.
