You stood there, frozen, as Averman's frustration boiled over. You had never seen him like this before. You had been friends for years, and there had always been a spark between you, but you had both been too scared to take things further. Now, it seemed like that spark was turning into a fire, but not in the way you wanted.

"No!" he yelled, his voice echoing through the room. "Averman, there's nothing going on between us!" you insisted, your heart pounding in your chest. "Oh really?" he shot back, his face twisted with anger. "Yes, really," you replied firmly, trying to keep your voice steady.

Suddenly, he put his hands up in frustration, and you flinched involuntarily. His eyes widened in shock, and he quickly walked out of the room, leaving you standing there, feeling hurt and confused. You didn't know what to do or say. You had always looked up to Averman, admired his confidence and charm, but now, you felt like you didn't even know him.

The next week was awkward and tense, with Averman avoiding you and barely speaking to anyone. You tried to give him space, but it was hard to ignore the hurt and betrayal you felt. You had always thought he was different from the other guys, that he would never hurt you like this. But now, you weren't so sure.

Finally, about a month later, he came to you, looking nervous and contrite. "Hey Y/n, can we talk?" he asked tentatively. You nodded, still unsure what to expect. "I'm sorry," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'm sorry I argued with you, I'm sorry I made you flinch, I'm sorry I made you think I was going to hurt you."

You could see the regret in his eyes, and you felt your anger start to melt away. "It's okay," you said softly. "I really missed you." He looked relieved and stepped closer to you. "I missed you too," he said, his voice low and husky. "And I'm sorry for what I did."

As he spoke, you felt yourself getting lost in his eyes, and before you knew it, he had taken your hand and pulled you into a tight embrace. You hugged him back, feeling a rush of warmth and affection. You knew there was still a lot to talk about, but for now, you were just happy to be back in his arms.

Over the next few days, you and Averman talked about what had happened, and you slowly started to rebuild your friendship. You realized that he had been going through a lot of personal stuff, and he had let his emotions get the better of him. You also realized that you had been holding back your own feelings, and that it was time to take a chance.

One night, as you sat together on your couch, watching a movie, you leaned over and kissed him. It was tentative at first, but then it deepened, and you felt a wave of passion and tenderness wash over you. You knew that things wouldn't be easy, that there would be ups and downs, but you also knew that you were willing to take that risk.

As the movie ended and the credits rolled, you looked over at Averman and smiled. He smiled back, and you knew that everything was going to be okay. You had both been through a lot, but now, you were stronger than ever before.
