Minda heard the distinct sound of the thick iron door being unlocked. Wanting to gather some courage for what was about to occur next he began to think of his second brother DeLun. He was always the most valiant and the strongest of his siblings. Growing up if ever he encountered trouble it was his brother Dealing who would rush to his aide the fastest. Thinking about his brother there was one day he remembered with the fondest memory....
"Cursed boy! Cursed boy!" The children chanted as Minda walked to his desk in class. He had been attending the local private school for nobles for a few days. Every time the other children saw him they would chant and ridicule him.
Minda tried to ignore the shouts and laughter of his peers and hurried to his desk at the back of the classroom. When he finally arrived he quickly sat down hoping the teacher would soon come to end the ridicule. Even if only temporally.
Splosh*
The moment he sat down he felt a wet sensation. Right away he stood up and on his chair someone had poured thick black ink. Minda quickly turned to look at his clothing and sure enough his bottoms were covered in the black ink.
"Big Sis gave these to me as a gift for starting school." Minda thought as he looked at the unwashable dripping stain. Witnessing his reaction the children began to cheer and laugh. Minda couldn't endure another second. Determined to reach home as soon as possible he ran with all his strength until...
Bang!
"Little bro what happened?" His second brother DeLun asked as he lifted him up by the armpits. He was the tallest of the siblings and hated bending down to Minda's level. Instead he would lift his little brother up high and hold him when they talked.
"My clothes are dirty." Minda muttered with his head down in despair and humiliation.
His brother first thought maybe his youngest brother who was not much older than his own child had perhaps wet himself. Not wanting to embarrass him more he subtly peekEd at his youngest sibling's backside.
"What did you eat to make it so black!" He exclaimed at the sight.
"Wah?! Stupid brother I didn't wet myself. It's ink. I-N-K, ink!" Monday shouted when he realized his brother had misunderstood him.
"Why would you sit in a puddle of ink?" He asked a little embarrassed from the misunderstanding. Minda wanted to tell his Second brother the truth but instead pressed his lips closed. His older brother looked at him with suspicious eyes. He knew Minda only made that face when he was trying to hide something.
Thinking about the situation his brother could guess what happened. He placed the five year old Minda on top of his shoulders and ran towards the school.
"Where are you going?" Minda shouted.
"I'm going to deal with those brats that dared to hurt my little brother." He shouted before bursting into the school and heading directly for Minda's classroom.
Minda knew his brother was crazy and impulsive but he never thought he'd resort to hitting five year olds. He wrapped his arms around his brother's face. His attempt to stop his brother was useless. They burst through the door. The teacher was surprised by his intrusion. Thinking of the children's safety he tried to block DeLun's way but was thrown to the floor in response.
"You little brats! How dare you make my baby brother cry!" He bellowed at the top of his lungs. All the children who were laughing at Minda were now crying. Satisfied DeLun looked at the teacher struggling to stand.
