Knock... knock
"Waky waky. It's time to go!" General Lei shouted from outside the cabin door. In a grumpy haze Minda grabbed the bowl from the bedside table and threw it at the door.
Bang!
"Brat, did you just throw something? Hahaha!"
Bang!
General Lei found the situation entertaining. He decided to keep knocking on the door and bothering Kai who he assumed was the one having a fit.
"What are you doing?" Kai asked. General Lei turned around. His eyes as big as saucers when he saw Kai standing behind him.
"If you're here who..."
Bang!
Minda threw something again catching both General Lei and Kai's attention. Right away Kai figured out what was going on.
"You pissed him off." Kai said with a big grin on his face.
"I didn't do anything. You must have pissed him off before I got here." General Lei said in an attempt to avoid being held responsible for the current situation.
"He was peacefully sleeping when I left. You must have done something." Kai asserted.
"What could I have done from out here to upset your little soulmate? He's probably pissed because you left while he was sleeping."
"Or he's pissed because you woke him up." Kai countered.
"Stop trying to blame me for your problems and go coax your little soulmate. We're leaving in twenty." General Lei said before stomping away in shame.
Bang!
Kai heard another bang coming from inside the cabin. He didn't know what was going on inside but it was obvious Minda was upset about something.
"Is the General right about him being angry that I wasn't there when he woke up?" Kai wondered as he prepared himself to go inside. He knew Minda liked to throw things when he was angry but it wasn't normally this bad.
"MinMin, I'm back." Kai preemptively said as he slowly opened the door. Minda heard his voice and put down the pillow he was about to throw.
"Kai." He said in a soft raspy voice.
"I'm here." Kai said poking his head into the room. Minda was frowning and obviously in a bad mood. The reason was a mystery to Kai. Hoping to get some answers Kai walked over with his usual kind smile.
"MinMin, are you upset?" Kai straightforwardly asked. Minda usually only woke up two ways. The first was upset because of nightmares, the other was with a smile. He had never woken up grumpy before.
"No."
"Can I ask why you decided to throw a bowl, pillow, and cup?"
"... Loud." Minda grumbled.
"General Lei can be loud." Kai said convinced it was General Lei's fault.
"Not him... you." Minda grumbled again. Kai was flabbergasted. He didn't expect Minda to say he was the one who was the loud one.
"I was too loud?" Kai repeated a bit confused.
"Hm. All night you snored. You never snore but last night all you did was snore and snore. I tried waking you up but you just kept snoring." Minda complained.
"I didn't realize. Sorry." Kai sincerely said. Growing up with the excessively loud General Lei's snoring Kai understood how irritating it could be.
"Are you going to snore every night from now on?"
