Chapter Twenty-one: was it Peter?

After I get done telling Chris, she looks like she is in deep thought. She then opens her mouth to talk.

"Maybe Peter got his memory back and he is trying to kidnap you himself instead of hiring one of his Goonies." Chris said.

"Maybe, the other day he did stop me and asked if he knew me. But I don't think you get your memory back if you take the serum. I mean the whole point of it is to lose your memory." I said.

"Maybe he's having flash backs, but also, we don't know if it's Peter." Chris said.

"True, we are only assuming it's Peter." I said.

"If we see him walking around tomorrow, we know it's not him." she said.

"Yeah, we'll have to wait until tomorrow. Can I sleep here, I'm too tired to walk back to my own apartment." I said.

"Sure, but don't let Matthew sit on you in the middle of the night." she said.

"What?" I asked.

"Matthew likes to watch TV in the middle of the night, if he sits on you, scream like you are getting killed, and he'll walk back into his room." she said.

"That's weird, but okay." I said.

"Night." she said.

I laid down on the couch and tired to fall asleep.

In the morning, I wake up and remember that I'm at Chris's place. I get up and stretch. I'm still so tired though. I hear some one pounding on the door. Chris goes to get it.

"What do you want Four?" she asked.

"I came to see if Tris was here." he said.

"She is but she's tired, try to catch her at breakfast." she said closing the door.

"Nice one." I said.

"Well, you do look tired. I mean everyone is in the morning, plus he looked mad, so you are going to deal with that at breakfast." she said.

"Don't worry, I will deal with him. He's probably mad because I left the apartment when he fell asleep. Hey it's his fault he didn't stay awake." I said.

"Well, let's get dressed and head on down to the dinning hall. I still have some of your clothes." she said.

"Why do you have my clothes?" I asked.

"Because you gave me a bag with your clothes in it in case you spend a night here." she said.

"Oh yeah." I said.

We get dressed and then go down to the dinning hall.
