Forty-Nine: No sleep

Around noon we left to the dining hall. Hopefully everyone will not be giving me dirty looks this time. This morning it was weird when everybody looked at me. Like have they not seen a pregnant woman before.

I grab food and then I sit down at the table with all of our friends. The only people who are there there is Zeke and Shauna. I noticed that Shauna has a lip piercing. I never knew she had one.

" since when did you have a piercing?" I asked.

"I've always had one."Shauna said.

"I've never seen you with it in though." I said.

"I didn't wear them much when the war started." She said.

"Yeah, Shauna had that piercing when I met her." Tobias said.

"She did?" I asked.

"Yep." He said.

"Wow, I never knew that." I said.

Everyone then laughed. Once I was done eating, I went back to the apartment. On the way to the apartment, I felt the baby start kicking again. The baby is more going to kick a lot. No more sleep for me.

I try to go to sleep at night, but the baby had been kicking me. Tobias is next to me snoring. Ugh, I want him to stop snoring. It's so annoying. Maybe I can tape his mouth.
Or stuff a sock in his mouth, but he might die from that. Oh my god, I'm a horrible person for thinking that. I start to cry. Tobias must of heard me because he woke up.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"I'm a horrible person."I said.

"How are you a horrible person?" He asked.

"I wanted to stuff a sock in your mouth." I said.

"What?" He asked with a laugh.

"You were snoring and it was annoying me, so I thought about putting a sock in your mouth to stop you." I said.

"Is the baby kicking a lot again?" He asked.

"Yeah," i said.

He lifted up my shirt a bit and put his hand on my stomach.

"Please don't kick your mother all night." He said.

The baby then stopped kicking. Oh my god, he's going to be a good dad.

"Thank you." I said.

"Magic dad powers." He said.
