Chapter thirty-five: We have the apartment to ourselves for a week

After breakfast Amber says that me and Tobias have the apartment to our selves for a week and a half because she is going to go see her parents. Me and Tobias said we'll take care of the apartment.

"Bye Amber." We both said.

She waved at us and then left. Me and Tobias started bring loud. We liked having alone time to our selves. I mean, we love Amber , but Mr and Tobias still want alone time.

"So what are we going to do?" I asked.

"We are going to have a toast to ourselves." He said.

"I can't drink though." I said.

"That's why it's apple juice." He said.

"How sweet of you." I said.

"Well, if you can't drink then I'm not going to." He said.

"That's good." I said

"The way you just said that made it sound like it's good but not good." He said.

"It is good. If you got drunk then I would probably lock you out of the apartment." I said.

"That is mean." He said.

"It's the truth." I said.

We sat there on the couch. I could feel Tobias looking at me. It's weird how you can feel someone look at you. It's like I have eyes in the back of my head.

We heard a knock at the door. Now who could that be? We don't know anyone in town who would visit us.

Tobias got up to open the door and I Followed him. He opened the door and we saw all of our friends.

"How did you find us?" I asked.

"Well first we looked in all the apartment buildings and then we came to this one and asked the guy at the front desk if there was anyone living here with the name of Tris and Four." Chris said.

"Why did you two leave?" Zeke asked.

"Well, the people from the bureau were looking for us, so we went the other way and found this little city. Well first we found a weird crazy lady and then we came here." I said.

"You mean that person at the Back thingy?" Chris asked.

"Yep." I said.

"Well, can we come in?" She asked.

"Sure." I said.
