I phoned Matt knowing that Lily was going to be out all night and so he could come round to my dorm but then he said he'd gone out with her and the rest of them, apparently he thought I was coming too.
I knew he was lying because I told him I'd never go back to that place. I went there once and got beat up, almost hospitalised. He didn't argue about it though because we'd just started going out so I don't want to be having arguments with him already.
I stayed at home and did some well over due work for the paper that I'd been ignoring and then decided that I actually needed to be there tonight because things were a lot worst than I thought.
So I headed out with my bag and crashed at my desk at the paper where because if been neglecting coming here for days I had people bombarding me with questions.
It was really busy and it got to about 11 o'clock when the paper was finally submitted to the printers that I chilled out for a bit.
Most people had left the paper by then and there was like 2 people walking around getting a head start on their pieces for next week.
I went to my office and decided I'd chill out there for a bit before I headed home when I got a phone call from Lily at midnight. I had a sudden sense of deja vu and the last time she went to that stupid club. She'd phoned me crying and asking me to come and help her. I feared it would be the same again.
"Yes Lily?" I answered the phone straight away.
"Hi Jenna are you sure you didn't want to come out tonight?" She giggled and I could tell she was slightly tipsy.
"I'm sure." I stated.
"Really? Because I think you'd really like it here." Lily mumbled incoherently and I had to ask her to repeat herself.
"No, I'm good here thanks." I laughed at her drunken state.
"Look Jenna when you decide to stop being a kill joy bring 40 quid with you, I could really do with it." Lily said before quickly hanging up and leaving me to just ponder on what she had said.
I knew she was going to do this. She owes people money and now I have to bail her out. I wasn't going to go, I was going to just sit here at the paper and proof read from articles for next week.
Except suddenly I felt really guilty and I needed to save Lily, what if she would be hurt again if she didn't get that money to whoever it was? It rolled around in my head for ages before I grabbed my purse headed to my room got changed into slightly less casual clothes and headed out.

"Jenna you came." Matt greeted me holding my hand and standing extremely close to me.
"No and we should be doing this here." I groaned pushing his body away from mine, it was fair to say I grumpy and especially with Matt because he told me he wouldn't go to the club again.
"Everyone stands this close when you're in a club Jenna, there no need to worry here." Matt mumbled before kissing me gently.
"No, I can't. What if Lily sees?" I moaned pushing him away from me again. "Speaking of where is she?" I asked getting close to him and talking in his ear because this music was bloody loud.
"At the front, near the speakers dancing with some guy." Matt spoke into my ear as I spotted Lily in the distance and found my way to her. I had to push through some very drunk people to read her and when I did I was furious.
"Here is the money. Don't ever ask me for a favour again." I took we hand and slipped the money into it. I saw her shocked expression as she took my the money and placed it in her bag.
I went to walk away again when she caught my shoulder. "Jenna, thank you." She called as I stormed outside eager to leave. This whole thing had pissed me off.
"Why don't you stay." Matt caught me as I stepped outside into the cold night as or was nearing winter.
"Because it's dangerous." I pointed angrily at the building.
"I thought you liked danger." He winked before bringing his hand up to my fringe and running his fingers through it.
"Matt." I mumbled as his lips fell on mine and I couldn't help but kiss him back even though I knew we shouldn't be doing this in such a public place.
"Jenna I love you." He whispered into my ear as my eyes shot open and I freaked out all of a sudden.
"Oh Matt--" I mumbled I knew he was a little drunk but he meant it I could to tell. "Come here." I smiled pulling his arm around to an alleyway where no one could see us.
"I love you Jenna I do." He whispered kissing neck and under my ear.
"It took me a long time to say it last time but I think that's what messed everything up. So, Matt, I love you too." I smiled and started giggling when he kissed me and I grabbed his head to deepen the kiss.
I had changed into a fairly short, tight dress and before I would never have even thought about having sex in an alley. I would have pushed Richard away and hit him if he did that but with Matt it felt all new and exciting and I felt really relaxed around him.
So when he started to initiate the whole sex thing I kind of just went along with it. My dress rode up and I wrapped my legs around his waist and it was only a matter of time before I was pressed against the wall and he was inside me.
The thrill of doing it in a public place just made it that so much better. I felt so relaxed after we'd finished and he continued to kiss me as I sorted out my dress and made sure it was straight.
I started to just make out with Matt again leaning against the wall and kissing him when I heard a voice call out down the alley and I panicked.
"Are you alright?" I heard a deep voice say and I recognised it anywhere, it was Richard. He must of heard my moaning or something because the alley was dark and you couldn't see us.
"Fine yeah." I replied to him covering Matts mouth with my hand and then whispering to him; "go round the back." I saw him slip off down the side and round the back of the night club.
I then stepped out of the darkness and in front of Richard. "So does everybody just come to this club or is it a weird coincidence that I've seen everyone from school here today?" I smiled innocently placing a hand on his shoulder and laughing.
"Everybody comes here Jenna except for you and I think that's a wise idea. It's not a nice place so... I'll repeat my question Are you alright?" He asked holding my arm and pulling me away from the alley.
"Yes why?"
"You don't come to this club. You don't go to any clubs, what are you doing here? And why are you screwing your best friends ex in the alley?" Richard lashed out.
"We weren't doing anything. I kissed him and it was a mistake." I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms like an angry teenager.
"Even a kiss is bad, you're best friends with Lily." He moaned.
"I don't need telling who my best friend is Richard. Plus how is any of this your business? I am no longer your business alright?" I groaned at him moving away from him.
"Was Maisie still born?" He asked.
"Yes."
"Then I am still your business." He spat at me as if I was some ungrateful child that was trying to get away from her parents. I felt stupid lying to him we were so close at one point.
It silenced me though. "Richard forget about me, got find Molly and be with her. I'm going home." I told him.
"Don't walk let me call you a taxi" he said grabbing me before I could walk off.
"No, remember please I'm not your girlfriend." I moaned pushing him away.
"Doesn't mean I don't care about you alright?" He snapped getting his phone out and dialling a taxi.
