"Jen you ready?" Lily asked tapping on my door Friday night before the party."Yeah, two seconds." I mumbled before pulling the door open and I stared at her as I slipped my heels onto my feet. "Wow you look nice." I stared impressed with her.
Behind Lily the other girl, Emma, stood there dressed nicely but not as good as Lily was and if I say so myself, as good as I.
"Yeah look, Emma looks amazing though." Lily said as I stood up in my heels properly and examined the brown haired girl.
She was pretty but I wouldn't say she was anything compared to Lily. She was just wearing a short skirt and a nice top, nothing amazing as Lily put it.
"Oh yeah lovely." I smiled across at her. I stood in one of the dresses that I modelled just before the summer. It was skin tight with a collar at the top. I was told how nice if looked on me so I asked to keep it and I loved it ever since.
I placed my bag on my shoulder and raised my eyebrows as if I was wondering why we hadn't left yet.
"Jenna's a model, she has all sorts of lovely dresses don't you?" Lily commented looking at my dress.
"Oh, dream job." Emma gasped looking me up and down. "What a lovely dress."
"Oh yeah it is nice." I smiled feeling a bit insecure now but I knew I looked good in it I didn't need someone else's approval.
"Yeah Jenna you look amazing, but you always do." She joked nudging my arm slightly.
"Thanks." I spat sarcastically and she just laughed before taking my hand and after already having a drink or two at our place pulled me down the corridor giggling.

"Hi, Jack. Oliver." I smiled seeing Emma start to talk to Oliver already like a magnet.
"Hey Jen." Oliver smiled at me. We had an inside joke about Emma and how she always flirted with him and he would look at me with a serious face and I burst into laughter and nobody knew what I was doing.
He'd also whisper things to me so secretly you'd never notice a thing and suddenly I'd be choking with laughter.
"Hey Ollie." I joked before realising how close Emma was to us and I freaked out widening my eyes at my attempt of a joke in case people thought I was being serious.
Oliver broke into laughter and so did jack, who caught up on most of the jokes we made.
"You wanna get a drink?" Emma said to Oliver As she held out her arm. He linked it before making a funny face at us both and disappearing with her to the bar.
"Have you seen Ross? I have a card for him." I asked making conversation with jack.
"Oh no, I haven't seen him for like an hour now." Jack responded. I tucked the card back into my hand bag and smiled at him.
"Do you want to get a drink?" I asked him nervously.
"Oh yeah, sure of course." He smiled as I glanced at Matt before heading towards the bar.
"Well shock me, isn't it little miss Jenna Coleman." I heard the voice and knew it from a mile off. It was Robert, Richards best friend and he was drunk and I dated him once, a while back before Richard and I were official.
"You're totally crashing this party. You did get into uni right?" I mocked him as it was the only way when he was drunk, I had learnt that.
"Yes, she's cheeky this one." He mumbled looking at jack. "Anyway Ross is an old friend of mine and who's this new friend?" Robert joked placing his hand out to shake his.
"Jack." He responded.
"Does Richard know?" Robert accused.
"Why would he need to?" I said awkwardly looking between the two guys. I frowned at him wondering whether he knew or not.
"I guess it doesn't matter anymore." Robert joked loudly. "See ya later Jenna." He called out before leaving us alone again.
"So you know uni students?" Jack asked curiously.
"Oh yeah." I smiled nervously.
"Who's Richard?" He wondered.
"Oh he's my ex boyfriend." It physically hurt to say that. "Also a uni student which is why I know so many." I laughed.
"Makes sense I guess." Jack said and I started to feel awful about this whole thing.
"Yes, what drink do you want?" I asked changing the subject awkwardly and seeing Lucy and Olivia in the distance with their boyfriends walking towards us. Life savers.

When Jack wanted to dance and I didn't really feel like it, I decided to sulk off into a corner by the bar and just chat with the person who was serving the alcohol.
"You alright Coleman?" I saw Oliver come up to me and joke around.
"Yeah, great." I smiled at him gently.
"Emma's asking me to go back to her place and I keep refusing." He scoffed standing opposite me with a drink in his hand.
"That's brilliant." I laughed.
"You need a drink?" Oliver asked quickly looking at the guy who was bartending.
"Oh, me? No, I shouldn't." I said nervously.
"Oh come on, just one drink. I'm paying." He chuckled a little bit and we both turned to the bartender.
"Yes. Okay." I hummed admitting defeat.
"Finally the party animal is released, that Lily's been telling us about." He said to me after he ordered some drinks.
"Party animal?" I scoffed.
"Oh thanks." He said to the guy as he handed me my drink and I smiled up at him.
"Thank you." I smiled taking it and sipping it.
"Oh yeah, Lily told us you two and have been to many of the clubs around here?" Oliver said widening his eyes.
I almost choked on my drink when he said that because even if it was true, it made it sound like the experiences were good ones. "Ha. No." I scoffed trying not to snort my drink out of my nose.
"Can't say I find myself at a club either. A bar? Yes." He hummed looking around the room.
"I agree, take me to any pub or bar. I'm fine." I smirked still thinking about the club thing and how stupid it sounded as I looked around the room too.
"You're officially boring. Come and dance." Lily frowned holding the hand of mine that wasn't holding a drink.
"I'm okay. Really." I smiled.
"No, you're grumpy and stubborn. Just enjoy yourself for once." She rolled her eyes before taking my drink out of my hand and giving it to Oliver.
"Oliver, please look after Jenna's drink while she has fun with me for one night." She said as I made faces at her because she just took the drink from my hand and I was thirsty.
"No, Lily. Later on, I'm not drunk enough to dance with you." I moaned at her as she tried to pull me.
"Ok we can rearrange that." Lily smirked before leaning over to me to talk to the bartender.
"We can definitely rearrange that." Oliver laughed and I raised my eyebrows at the both of them.
"Don't you dare--" I mumbled.
"Can we have 10 of your finest shots?" He ordered before I could stop him.
"Yes!" Lily said excitedly.
